Wonderful home to be in. Peaceful and beautiful. The surroundings were gorgeous in early October. I slept like a dream, did some yoga in the room off the kitchen with the wood stove, and worked outside in the sunshine at the garden table. Wonderful place to be!

Our family of five (me, my husband, our two adult children and our 13 yo son) and our dog stayed here for a weekend. We came to attend the Golden Jubilee in St. Johnsbury to celebrate golden retrievers! Upon arrival to the house, we first noticed the beautiful yard with the cascading waterfall right next to the property. The grounds were amazing and private allowing our dog to run and play and giving us a perfect place to enjoy the solitude and natural beauty surrounding the property. The house was a wonderful mix of retro style and modern amenities with it's exposed beams, wood floors and cozy wood stove. There was plenty of space for all of us with places to gather as a family and several nooks that provided quiet spaces. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay and the entire home was immaculate! The host, Kelly, was very kind and responsive. It was a really easy check in and check out process. We will definitely stay here again and hope to make this trip an annual event!

Thanks so much! I’m so glad you, your family, and your pup had a great weekend — the waterfall and yard really are special. Happy the retro-meets-modern vibe, cozy wood stove, and well-stocked kitchen worked for everyone, and that check-in/out was easy. We’d love to host you again for your Golden Jubilee tradition. Safe travels! — Kelly
