Laurelwood Hollow: Walk to Ski & Swim

Laurelwood Hollow is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located within Wintergreen Resort. It's just a short walk to the slopes, hiking trails, restaurants, and The Market. Guests have access to the heated outdoor pool (open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day), as well as access to golf and other Wintergreen recreational amenities. In addition, Nelson 151's Brew Trail is just a 10 minute drive down the mountain, featuring award-winning wineries, breweries and cideries
FIRST FLOOR:

LIVING ROOM - NEW sectional sofa, smart TV, wood-burning fireplace (firewood provided), board gams and kid's toys

KITCHEN - Dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, Keurig K-Duo coffee maker (*FREE* K cups, coffee grounds, filters, creamer and sugar provided), toaster, coffee mugs, wine glasses, dishware & flatware. A start up supply of dishwasher detergent, trash bags & paper towels are provided.

LAUNDRY - stacked washer and dryer set located in the kitchen pantry (start up supply of detergent pods provided)

BEDROOM 1 - King bed, nightstands with touch lamps, closet with hangers and smart TV

BATHROOM 1 - Single vanity, toilet, shower/bathtub combo, towels and toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and makeup wipe)


SECOND FLOOR LOFT:

BEDROOM 2 - Two sets of twin bunk beds, lounge chair, smart TV and dresser

BATHROOM 2 - Single vanity, toilet, shower/bathtub combo, towels and toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and makeup wipe)


ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- Free parking available in the lot adjacent to the condo building
- 2-story condo, 3 steps to enter from walkway, 1 step to enter from front door
- 6 pool towels provided per stay

This cozy condo was perfect for our needs. Very clean and well decorated! Location couldn’t have been better, right next to the market, skiing and tubing! We will definitely be staying again and telling our friends all about it!
