Descansando en la cima de una colina en el tranquilo vecindario de Gulf Pines, Ocean Breeze captura no solo los vientos del verano sino también las espectaculares vistas de las aguas verde esmeralda del Golfo de México. Convenientemente ubicado entre las tiendas, los restaurantes y la vida nocturna de Sandestin Resort, y la tienda de diseño con descuento más grande del país, Silver Sands, el vecindario Gulf Pines ofrece un retiro privado del mundo con más de 1000 pies de playa privada para propietarios e invitados. El adorno de pan de jengibre en las verandas otorga un encanto costero, y una paleta de colores en el primer piso de arena, cielo y océano agrega un elemento relajante al hogar. Great family place

This house was wonderful for our whole family. We had 9 adults 1 teenager 3 kids and 1 infant. The rooms worked out perfectly and we all felt we had our own space. The pool was wonderful we were in it daily and the beach was right around the corner. We walked to the beach and used the golf cart. Would definitely recommend!

Worth the wait

I booked this property in November for our July vacation. William and his staff were top notch from the start! A new owner purchased the house after we decided to rent and I was a bit nervous but I was assured the Renovation would be great and it was. Very clean and spacious house, close to the beach and golf cart was perfect. I would highly recommend this property. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back.

There was a private beach entrance with plenty of parking. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It was nice having king beds in 4 out of the 5 bedrooms. Plenty of room for kids, which we didn’t need. Lots of outdoor living which was nice. I would stay here again and highly recommend.

The layout of the home and the beds works well for our crew. The private pool is great for the grands. It has a side yard where our little baseball player loves to hit and catch. Great memories have been made every visit! The only issue we had was the fridge - it was a new fridge. The freezer didn't make ice and the repairman came out on Tuesday. That's the only reason for the four stars - otherwise it would be five stars!

Perfect Stay

Ocean Breeze was a perfect house for our family vacation. It was wonderful having king beds in 4 out of the 5 bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat/drink in. The upstairs room has a balcony with an amazing view. Every bedroom and the living room have flat screen TVs with cable box and DVD player. The location was amazing. We mostly drove the two blocks to the beach to take all of our gear. But you can definitely walk. The beach was private just for the neighborhood. It’s so pretty - white sand and blue water. The pool, which we got heated, was so nice to have. We’d spend part of the day at the beach and part in the pool. Recommended restaurants: Acme Oyster House, Pompano Joe’s, and Surf Hut. I’d stay in Ocean Breeze again. No recommendations for change.

Better than the pictures

This house is beautiful and spacious! As soon as you enter the front door, you know you're gonna have a GREAT vacation. It's beautifully decorated and has spacious rooms. The owners have thought of utilizing ALL the space available by adding bunks in some bedrooms. This house can comfortably sleep 24 and still have space. There are 4 bathrooms which makes cleaning up a breeze when you have extra people. The back yard is perfect for the evenings to cook and hang out at the pool. There is plenty of seating space inside and out. There is also a connected side yard that is fenced and grassy for your furbabies if you choose to bring them along. Although Hurricane Michael cut our vacation short, we enjoyed every minute in this house. It is about a half mile from the private beach access, but is an easy walk or you can park directly at the entrance. I would recommend this property for anyone wanting an upscale beach escape!

Only 2 tiny things the third floor is a very warm area, and the outside grill pool area has no covering for the sun. But other than that, very spacious. The kitchen has plenty of utensils and cookware. My mother was happy with a bedroom on the 2nd floor because the beds were adjustable, and she was able to sleep very comfortable. The private beach was a plus and the beach entrance very close to house. We had an issue with the golf cart and the office had the problem resolved with hours. We were very happy staying at Ocean Breeze.

The kitchen had everything we needed and we used the gas grill twice. The bedrooms were nice. The mattresses were comfy. We all enjoy the saltwater pool for hours every day. The beach was just around the corner. We drove down to the beach because of the heat. There was lots of parking. The private beach was so nice. Not crowded like the rest of the beach. Frangista Beach Properties management was great. They checked in with us a few days ahead of our stay and on our arrival day. Mid week they gave a call to make sure we had everything we needed. I liked that. We would love to come back to Ocean breeze again!!

Two of us went to Urgent Care with upper respiratory infections in Destin. The pool area had not been cleaned when we checked in. We swept it as best we could with the tiny broom. Debris everywhere. No one ever came to clean the pool or pool area. I reported that on Thursday, since they were suppose to come Wednesday. We were there all day. Still no show. Pool looked clean on bottom but had a chalky/scum look at surface indicating it needed cleaned. Loved the area. Rooms were nice and big enough for our party. You might want cleaning service to clean with anti-bacterial wipes after cleaning. We were all okay until we arrived there. Came from different locations/states. Funny how we all got it at the same time. Made for not so fun vacation being sick.

Great stay - nice neighborhood - private beach!

6 adults and 4 kids, plenty of room! - The house is big and comfortable and clean enough- I never feel like rentals are spotless, but it was in fine condition upon arrival. -Due to the pandemic we ate every meal at the house & had enough room for 3 in the kitchen to make meals - the kitchen is not huge, but fine for maneuvering if making big meals. The grill has a gas line which is very convenient, too. There is a mini fridge upstairs for extra cool-storage. -The house has two golf carts parked in the driveway. They should consider renting with the house for an additional fee! -The pool is very nice! Great size and there is plenty of seating around it. The outdoor shower made rinsing off easy. We loved the flyovers of the military planes practicing during the day, too. -There is a gas fire pit. We made s’mores one night which was fun for the kids. -The neighborhood is very nice, quiet, safe and clean. Mix of owners and renters- new builds and older homes. The locals are incredibly friendly. One offered beach toys for our kids to play with if we needed them as we walked by her home on our way back from the beach, and two different people offered my parents in their late 60’s a ride home on a hot day from the beach. Renting a golf cart would be wise if you have kids and a lot of stuff, however, there is lots of parking by the beach. The walk is totally manageable and easy without beach gear. -The private beach is very nice. We were so pleased. It was very easy to socially distance and we never felt like we had to “fight” for space. -They provide two umbrellas and some chairs. We didn’t use their chairs- but the umbrellas were great. We brought one, so it was nice to have the additional 2. -Due to Covid they removed beach towels. Linens are also dry cleaned which is nice but the bedding is very simple - sheets and a thicker blanket. Again, due to Covid and all linens having to be dry cleaned, so I understand- but setting expectations. -Rental company was nice to work with. Things have been stressful with the pandemic, and they did their best to keep us updated. They checked in mid-way through our stay which was a nice touch.

Perfect location and "extras" provided for the beach. Layout of house was perfect for our group. Beach Access easy. Exceptional communication from property manager.

Very nice property. Only downside was late check in and early checkout. Property management company was very responsive to our needs!
