The house was dirty, the sheets on the bed had some stains they had to be washed. The house had bugs and roaches and needed to be exterminated. The pots and pans in the house where dirty. The internet in the house was not working the TV kept disconecting in the middle of watching a movie. They sent spectrum to repair it finally when the came the said they had to send another crew to fix it and it would take a few days. So for the whole week we were with no internet and bad tv service. I reqeust 1/3 of the booking fee as a refund for compensation which I thought was more than fare and they refused, so I will disputing the charge.
Wow, what an incredible stay! This beautiful home truly has it all — every detail was thoughtfully designed for comfort, fun, and relaxation. The beds were cozy, the ambiance was wonderful, and there was something for everyone to enjoy! We loved the endless activities — swimming, basketball, pickleball, volleyball, pool table, video games, and even board games. We stayed with another family, and the space was perfect — roomy, comfortable, and full of charm. Evenings around the fire pit were such a special touch, creating the perfect ending to our fun-filled days. Every age group is thoughtfully considered here, from the little ones (with high chairs, pack ’n plays, and kid-friendly dishes) to the teens and adults. The themed rooms were absolutely fantastic — from mermaids to Star Wars, each one was so creative and well done! The kids’ room was a huge hit — our four teen boys loved having their own “man cave” with bunk beds, a big TV, and plenty of space to hang out and unwind. The only small note is that fridge space is a bit limited, so if you’re planning to stock up on lots of groceries, you might want to check it out first. Luckily, there are grocery stores just a few minutes away, so it’s an easy fix.All in all, this home exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s a truly special place to make memories, and we can’t wait to come back again!
This property was incredible! So much to do to keep the kids busy so the adults can actually relax and talk. The rooms were nice and fun for the kids. The beds were comfortable and showers had good heat and pressure. Plenty of seating for meals indoors or outdoors. Kitchen was fully stocked with any tool you could need to prepare a meal. Bri was easy to work with and very responsive. We had a small hiccup on arrival when the door code didn’t work. We reached out to her and she got it reset remotely. We used the property as a gathering place as part of a family reunion (something we communicated and received approval for with Bri before we even booked) and everyone loved it. Like I said earlier, there is so much to do that the kids kept themselves occupied the whole time allowing the adults to relax and catch-up. There was so much seating allowing us to break off into small groups but still be together. The house was fully stocked with other useful things too: beach towels, floaties, beach toys, washer/dryer, I even saw a pack and play in a closet. The check-out process was easy; tidy up the place the way you found it and throw out the trash on your way out. We were so pleased and the house really helped contribute to the great experience.
