Thank You Diane. You are always welcome back. Take Care Greg
We were very pleased with this family home. Everything you need is supplied, including good fry pan, spices, etc. You could fly there and not need to bring anything except your clothes. Grocery store is right across the street to buy food. We saw manatee, nurse sharks, horseshoe crabs, fish, tarpon, iguanas and dolphins. Amazing sunsets. Very relaxing. New key less entry will be great once kinks are worked out. Greg was very quick to respond to any questions or problems. Would definitely return.

Perfect and Quiet Key Largo getaway
My husband and I stayed here in mid February 2018 and loved it.
Greg is excellent to communicate with - any questions you may have he is very prompt and thorough with his response.
The house is fully equipped and we found perfectly suited for us.
The backyard was definitely the highlight - sitting under the Tiki hut on the swing and watching the sunrise in the mornings was amazing. The bay does not disappoint, we spent countless hours lounging in the backyard fishing, tanning, and watching marine wildlife (we saw countless manatees and dolphins). If you do like to fish, grunts and pinfish are an easy catch off the back deck, however we also caught a nurse shark and baby barracuda.
In terms of amenities in the area, the Publix grocery store is literally about a 3 minute walk, as well as other restaurants.
We would highly recommend a stay here.

Kaila and Roman,
Thank You for the warm review. We are glad you were able to enjoy our vacation home. It’s was certainly our pleasure having you as guests. Your are always welcomed back.
I had a wonderful time during my stay. The house was perfect for my needs-very clean, comfortable beds with plenty of towels and linens, lots of storage, well stocked kitchen, plenty of seating (in and outdoors), and an amazing few of the bay. There were kayaks/canoes, and fishing equipment available for use. The location was perfect as it was in walking distance to a shopping center with a Publix and close to many restaurants and bars. The owner was very communicative and friendly. Will definitely book again.

Sitting on the back deck watching tarpon, manatees, snapper, barracuda, and shark. Snorkeling by the mangroves and staring across at the everglades. Wow!

Key Largo at Greg Briden's Place..
This is a very nice, clean water front place w/ a nice private dock and, a boat ramp right beside it. The neighborhood is nice. I was comfortable enough to leave the boat in the water all week. Has a convenient plug in for charging the boat. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Overall, this was a fun & enjoyable trip. The experience was great, Greg is a great guy, VRBO done good setting us up. I wouldn't change a thing..
Thanks, Jamie E

Relaxing,Beautiful Sunsets, a bit of Heaven
My wife and I were fortunate to find this place almost at the last moment and there are no regrets. We arrived in the evening and Marilyn greeted us ,showed us around and was very helpful. The next morning we then realized the beautiful bayside view. The home was everything advertised. Very clean, the bedrooms were large and spacious, viewing out to the bay was enjoyed both indoors out of the windows or outdoors on the deck or under the Tiki hut. Every evening at sunset there was a lady who would blow a Conch shell to announce the event, with everyone gathered clapping when she was done- amazing ,we and everyone around looked forward every night! I fished off the dock almost daily and caught small Grunts and mangrove snapper, we saw Tarpon swim by,manatee, nurse sharks, and of course the pelicans and Ibis. I would recommend to any fishermen/women to try out Bud and Mary's about 20 miles south. They have a boat that goes out everyday @9:30 and returns at 3 for $70 each. They supply all the tackle, bait, etc, you bring your lunch and beverages-don't forget sunblock. My friend and I caught our limit (10ea.) of yellowtail and that night we took the wives and our cleaned fish to Hog Heaven a local restaurant, they cook them and supply fries ,and fixings for $10 a head- very good deal for the Keys. The owner Greg who I contacted prior to and after arriving was always helpful whenever we spoke. After finding out that I was a fishing enthusiast, the next day 2 kayaks arrived that he found locally.1 of them a fishing kayak, the other a 2-person, ( already a kayak there when we arrived). You can't beat that service!! My wife enjoys kayaking more than I do so she was out more than me.
I could go on describing our stay, but I'll just end with a thanks to Greg and to say I would highly recommend this stay to anyone who wants relaxation and beauty,-this is the place. We will hopefully be back next year if the stars align.

Awesome time at a great location.
We absolutely loved our stay in Key Largo. Greg reached out to us quickly after the initial booking with great information. He was helpful, friendly, and super welcoming. The property was exactly as listed, and then some. We enjoyed snorkeling, fishing, kayaking, and watching the sunset over the water right from the back of the house. Every day of our stay we were able to watch manatees right from our deck chairs. The house was clean and well stocked, and I could not imagine a more welcoming host. We spent a lot of money on an expensive bed at home, but we slept very well on the bed at Greg's place. The four of us were looking for a quiet, waterfront place to enjoy the Keys, and the Bayfront Home was perfect. We will definitely be looking forward to coming back! Thank you for having us Greg!

Super nice accomodations.
We spent 5 days in this Key Largo Property. There is so much to enjoy here. The home is right on the waterfront. The patio sits right on the water and provides the most scenic view of the bay. There are ships, birds and people to watch. You can swim right off the deck if you like.
This inside is a complete 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom layout with full kitchen, dining and living room. There is Cable TV and wifi and a private spot for parking. It is right in the center of Key Largo and there is dining and shops close by. We went on a glass bottom boat that took us 6 miles out to view the coral reefs. Wow, what an experience. This departed from the beautiful John PenneKamp state park one mile from this unit.
The unit is spotless and clean. I have rented a lot from VRBO and HomeAway and this is tops.
One day we drove to Key West. The sights on the way down were breathtaking and rival areas that we saw in our trip to Hawaii.
A beautiful experience and one that you will not regret.

A Perfect Little Hideaway!
Greg was wonderful to work with and answered all emails very quickly! We had a steady 5 people in the house throughout the week and had the best time. The water views were amazing and we spent many hours outside in the TIKI hut at night and having coffee in the morning. Rent some bikes for the week and never have to drive anywhere-Totally "bike-able" to Pennecamp Park and all grocery stores! Do not let this one pass you by!!!
