Location was great, kitchen was well equipped and the surroundings were nice. Pools, lagoon beach as well as the private man made beach area by the marina were all nice places to relax.

The floors could have been cleaned. Our baby was filthy within a few minutes crawling around. The check in could have been explained better meaning you have to wait for the guard at the gate to give you information on what rental area we are at. . we had to wait for her as she was doing property rounds. I called the host to get that information but no answer from him . There were a couple of big live roaches in the kitchen. And the sliding glass doors were very hard to open . The place was nice , it was equipped with all you could possibly need. The showers were nice and hot and beds were comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our family time together. Would recommend this place overall not a bad place.

Every reservation receives a detailed welcome guide with instructions on locating the unit, accessing the property, and navigating the community. These instructions have worked well for our previous guests. While the security guard's availability during property rounds is outside our control, we do our best to make the arrival process as straightforward as possible. Regarding cleanliness, we take great pride in maintaining our property and have a dedicated professional cleaning crew that thoroughly prepares the entire unit, including the floors, before every arrival. We were disappointed to hear your concerns, as cleanliness is something we take very seriously. We also appreciate you bringing the pest and sliding door concerns to our attention so they can be addressed. We would also like to mention that we were happy to accommodate your requests for both an **early check-in and a late checkout**, at no additional charge, to make your family's stay more convenient. While these accommodations weren't mentioned in your review, we believe they reflect the extra effort we make to provide our guests with a positive experience. We appreciate your recommendation and are pleased that, overall, you and your family had a wonderful stay.

Comfortable stay for a family of four. Surrounding property is fantastic. Unit was very clean and mostly updated. Kitchen was fairly well stocked. Towels need to be replaced as they are white and some are stained. We would rebook in the future.

Great quick get away!

We decided to get away for a few days over Thanksgiving and to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Townhouse was well stocked with all essentials. Great location, nice beach access and quiet.

We had an excellent few days in the Keys. This property had everything we could have wanted - a lagoon with beautiful fish for swimming & snorkeling, two great pools, & a great ocean beach for fires & fishing.

Great first experience in Key Largo!

It was our first time in Key Largo, and this rental helped make the experience really enjoyable. We loved the amenities on the property, and the security staff on site were really helpful. Check-in and check-out was very easy. We would definitely come back!

Short but sweet

We weren't able to stay long, but our brief stay here was very enjoyable. We enjoyed snorkeling in the lagoon, swimming in the warm pools and fishing in the ocean a short walk from our unit. Overall it was a great stay.

Family Vacation

Propwrty was very clean and spacious. We brought out 1 year old child and therr was a clean pack n play available! Location is close to many stores and restaurants. I would dtay again and recommend to others!
