Guests only have access to the basement and the backyard, including a very spacious living room with a sofa bed, 1 full bathroom and laundry room, 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds, and all the spaces you can see in the pictures. Guests could enjoy it without interruption for the duration of your stay. However, guests don't have access to the upper level which is occupied by the owner.

*. Step Disclosure: Guests only have access to the basement; the guest has a private access to the unit from the fence door. There are few steps at the entrance.



*. AC Disclosure: There is no AC but fans are provided.



*. Parking Disclosure: No assigned parking space. Free street parking is easily available. Feel free to park next to the fence



*. Noise Disclosure: The owner lives upstairs, you may occasionally hear noise from above.



* For the best experience and to help keep the hot tub in great condition, please remove makeup and rinse off any lotions or body oils before using as that may clog the pump.



*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.



*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.



*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per night.



*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.
