Amazing Condo Will Be Back

Perfect home base for our Maui vacation, with an excellent location close to beaches, restaurants, and golf. The condo was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed and super clean. Traveling with a teenager, we especially appreciated the spacious layout and the beautiful pool, which was a great place to unwind after a day of exploring. Might have been the time of year but the pool was not crowded at all. Best surprise was we were able to see sunset from the condo. We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Very cute, clean condo. Price was great. They had everything we needed (coolers, beach chairs, insulated jugs, beach towels…) Pool isn’t anything to write home about. No food, drinks, music, playing games, floats, balls…in pool area seemed a bit extreme. So we just drove to the beach which is what you should do in paradise anyway!

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! Wish we could control the pool area and the rules that they enforce but we don't have a say. Unfortunately, the rules you mention are quite common at most condo complexes here on Maui as they have to also keep full time residents in mind and not just vacationers. This is different from resorts but also much more affordable. Seems you found the best solution for your group by just heading to the beach. The beaches are what makes Maui magical.

Absolutely beautiful property, well-kept, well-equipped, and clean. Great location as well, with a short drive or walk to South Kihei Road. The host clearly takes pride in their property, and the management company was very good as well. Kristina was fantastic and did a great job making sure our stay was one to remember. Hopefully, we get the opportunity to stay here again!

Beautiful property, amazing view. They had beach chairs, an umbrella and ice chest for us to take on the beach. Kristina was very accommodating, allowing us to check in a little early. My family and I will definitely be staying here again!!

This was a great unit with amazing ocean views from the lanai and picture window! The only real drawback was the HOA’s strict rules in the pool, which was a bit of a bummer for the kids.

Comfortable and Quiet Condo

We enjoyed our time at the Palms at Wailea and had plenty of space for our family. Kitchen was well stocked and we were pleasantly surprised by the view. We loved Keawakapu and other nearby beaches. Logistically, Kristina was great to deal with. We will definitely return.

Beautiful and well kept condo

Our condo was beyond beautiful from the location with an ocean view, beautiful decor, cleanliness, and all amenities that you could want. The condo area had a beautiful swimming pool and was close to restaurants, golf courses, shopping. We’d highly recommend. One thing to note that there were many steps going down and up to the condo.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at this property!! The unit was clean, well stocked with essentials and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that we needed to cook our meals. Details were thoughtfully planned out in this unit which was wonderful. The view was absolutely stunning! Better than the pictures could capture. The sunset view from the lanai was an extra bonus!We enjoyed the peaceful, quiet environment throughout the property. Our girls loved the pool and we got daily use out of it. We enjoy staying places where the pools aren’t overly crowded with no where to sit. Definitely a highly appreciated factor for our family. The communication and check in process were fantastic. Kristina was great throughout the process! She was also gracious enough to let our family check in a little early which was so helpful to us. On a side note, this was our 4th stay at these condos and this was our best experience yet. We paid extra for the updated unit, larger space and the ocean view but it was absolutely worth it! Our family has found a unit that perfectly suits us going forward and we can’t wait to come back!

On vacation for our kids spring break. We had a blast! The overall condo space was very open, which I love. Lots of space for the kids to move about. I also enjoyed the open kitchen, although struggled with the stove burners, confusing. We utilized the blender provided, for mango/papaya smoothies, so that was nice. The view was also spectacular! Ocean & Mountain View’s from a large picture window. We were drawn to how big the Pool was going to be, but the draw back was there was a long list of rules and a pool monitor. How are kids suppose to let loose and enjoy the pool. So strict. I’m all about safety. But don’t take the fun away. Might not recommend staying here if you have kids:( But all in all, very happy with our pick and great memories were made.

A wonderful, well-equipped place with beautiful ocean views, easy access to great beaches, thoughtful extras, and an amazing Aloha feeling that makes you feel right at home.

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time here! The accommodation had everything we needed and was very comfortable and well-equipped. We especially loved the beautiful ocean view and the location. Many great beaches were just a short drive away, which made it easy to explore the area. We also really appreciated all the thoughtful extras. There was plenty of shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent, and other essentials provided, as well as a lovely snack basket and coffee. These little touches made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

Lovely quiet stay in Wailea

The property is very well-maintained and very quiet. I enjoyed my mornings on the lanai looking out over the ocean and mountains. The location is situated nicely between Kīhei and Wailea. Walking distance to beaches. The property was clean and thoughtfully maintained and stocked with essentials. No issues, would love to stay here again in the future!
