ParkView is a beloved community tucked into the heart of town, offering direct views of Park City Mountain.

Enter through your private garage, drop your gear, and step into a beautifully decorated home, fully remodeled in 2024 with a contemporary mountain-casual style. The living area features a comfy sectional and two deep chairs, perfect for gathering around the cozy gas fireplace to play games, enjoy a movie, or catch up on the day’s sports on the large smart TV. The family-sized dining table sits beside the open, fully stocked kitchen—with updated appliances—making it easy to cook, snack, and socialize without missing a moment.

Through the French doors, you’ll find a private fenced yard with your own hot tub, ready for après-ski or a relaxing summer evening.

Upstairs are three inviting bedrooms.
The primary suite features a stunning design, a king bed, gas fire, smart TV, ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, and a double vanity—plenty of space to get ready. It also opens to a charming balcony with mountain views from morning to night.

Bedroom 2 offers a second king bed and smart TV.

Bedroom 3 includes a comfortable queen bed.

The home sits in a quiet, primarily residential neighborhood. A multi-use path runs right past the house, and within half a mile you’ll find great dining, fitness options, and many of Park City’s famous outdoor trails. ParkView is located right behind the Park City Peaks Hotel. The free bus stop is just 200 meters away and provides easy access to both resort bases (about 10 minutes) and to Main Street for après-ski, shopping, and dining.

Sitting almost half way between Park City's Mountain Village and Canyon's Village, it offers amazing access to both areas. The public bus runs right past the condo, so getting anywhere is a breeze. It is surrounded by great amenities for shopping, dining and sports, (golf, hiking, biking in summer, XC skiing and downhill skiing in winter) all within a short walk or bus ride. Need I say more? This owner fell in love with the location and has remodeled the property to create a stunning retreat where they spend most summers enjoying everything the City has to offer.
