This Daly Avenue duplex is conveniently located in the charming, historic district of Park City, providing easy access to Main Street for shopping, dining, galleries and activities. The free city trolley will transport you to Park City Mountain Resort's Town Lift for mountain access. Or, catch the free town-wide shuttle to Deer Valley, Canyons and the Utah Olympic Park.

Enjoy the comforts offered by this cozy 'home away from home' with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Sleeps 8. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. Living room features sofa-sleeper, flat screen cable TV, and wood burning fireplace. Master bedroom has Queen bed, TV and full bath with large jetted tub and shower. Second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has two Twin beds. Other amenities include private washer/dryer, wireless internet and garage parking. For the comfort and safety of our guests, we employ No Smoking and No Pets.

Many Park City residents say they moved there for the world famous Utah powder and have stayed for the summers - golfing, mountain biking, hiking, fishing, kayaking and just enjoying the beautiful scenery and temperate climate. It's the perfect place for a family with different levels and interests.

Daly Canyon is a popular biking and hiking destination and the wilderness is right out the front door. The back yard is adjacent to open space - a pine and scrub oak forested hillside.

A real find in Daly Avenue

This is a most comfortable and well looked after townhouse in Daly Avenue ,Park City. it is conveniently located within easy walking distance to all the shops in Main Street and the free Trolley Bus . All the amenities, including the furnishing ,the bathrooms and the kitchen utensils are all well provided for. Furthermore, Kollin, who looks after this place is always contactable to assist with any inquiries. We look forward to staying here again when skiing in Park City.

Beautiful townhome!

Everything was just great. The best part of course is that it's effectively on main street, at the end . While we were only 3 people, 1 per bedroom, it's perfectly comfortable for 6. The open concept kitchen/ breakfast bar/ living room was the perfect , natural gathering spot pre and post skiing. I would most certainly stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at your beautiful townhouse. We appreciated how everything was in such good condition and well maintained. The kitchen had every pot, pan and wineglass we needed. The walk to the shops and dining was easy and fun to be close. Kollin was in touch to make our stay comfortable. We would love to come back!

Great location, wonderful property!

This property was fantastic! The bedrooms were spacious and easily acommodated the six people we had staying there. Loved the closet in the master bedroom - so much space to keep everyone's ski clothing organized. We stored our skis in the garage on the racks, and our boots in the mudroom. The kitchen is beautiful with all new, high-end appliances. We walked easily into town (Main Street) several times. There is also a great hiking area at the end of the street - we took an amazing snow shoe journey into the woods. Also, plenty of space nearby for the kids to sled and explore some hills. We thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Park City, and we would rent this property again in a heartbeat!

Great Location, Great People, Great Everything

My family (wife, 2 kids and nanny) came to stay for ski week in 2016. Kollin was very helpful in arranging early shipping of our ski/snowboard gear and the house was perfect. Very close to Main St. so it's easy to walk down and grab dinner etc. when you feel like it. The drive was a good size for our full-size SUV rental and firewood etc. was in plentiful supply (we had a cosy fire every night). One extra for families with young children is the hill behind the house that provided endless snow entertainment for my kids. Highly recommended!
