Well kept, fresh, and in a great location

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed our stay at your beautiful townhouse. We appreciated how everything was in such good condition and well maintained. The kitchen had every pot, pan and wineglass we needed. The walk to the shops and dining was easy and fun to be close. Kollin was in touch to make our stay comfortable. We would love to come back!

Great location, wonderful property!

  • 5 of 5

This property was fantastic! The bedrooms were spacious and easily acommodated the six people we had staying there. Loved the closet in the master bedroom - so much space to keep everyone's ski clothing organized. We stored our skis in the garage on the racks, and our boots in the mudroom. The kitchen is beautiful with all new, high-end appliances. We walked easily into town (Main Street) several times. There is also a great hiking area at the end of the street - we took an amazing snow shoe journey into the woods. Also, plenty of space nearby for the kids to sled and explore some hills. We thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Park City, and we would rent this property again in a heartbeat!

Great Location, Great People, Great Everything

  • 5 of 5

My family (wife, 2 kids and nanny) came to stay for ski week in 2016. Kollin was very helpful in arranging early shipping of our ski/snowboard gear and the house was perfect. Very close to Main St. so it's easy to walk down and grab dinner etc. when you feel like it. The drive was a good size for our full-size SUV rental and firewood etc. was in plentiful supply (we had a cosy fire every night). One extra for families with young children is the hill behind the house that provided endless snow entertainment for my kids. Highly recommended!

Comfortable and close to town

  • 4 of 5

Four kids and four adults spent three nights in this place. It was well equipped and well prepared for our stay. Very close to town and very easy to get to the ski areas and around town. Plenty of room for the eight of us to spread our gear out and have some fun. Good sized kitchen and eating area. We would stay here again. Great service by the property manager.

Excellent Sundance Spot

  • 5 of 5

House was outstanding and exactly what we were looking for. Short hike down to Main Street in the morning for coffee at Sundance HQ (which is a must start of the day) - even though they were kind enough to have some coffee at the house for us. House was clean, had plenty of firewood, and had ample room for 7 of us (we are 7 adults, but could likely have younger kids in sleeping bags on floor if 2-3 families decided to stay here together, and still have plenty of room to stretch out after a long day in each bedroom).

We had some snow a couple days which property manager Kollin was kind enough to ensure walkways and drive were all shoveled for our arrival home each day from trekking up and down Main. Really just a nice individual that I had the pleasure of chatting with one afternoon - the owners are lucky to have such a great person helping them out as we have found not all property managers are as helpful or as kind as Kollin, in previous stays at other rentals. Perhaps an even greater example of this was the fact that we came from LA and with the expected snow, they were kind enough to run out and ensure we had a snow brush for the car to get out if we needed in the snow, even though we said we would grab one. Little things like that are super generous, and a clear example of why you should stay at Brian and Kim's wonderful property under the care of Kollin.

It's close to the slopes with shuttle access 3 min away that gets you just about anywhere. Our one solo friend got out there without any issues and had a fantastic time all day, and still had plenty of steam to walk back up to the house since it's really not far or a rough uphill walk at all.

I know we all agreed it was a wonderful house that we'd love to stay in again. Maybe even trek up for some summertime relaxing. Very thankful to have found this house and such great people to rent from.
