Lakota Trailside 613 is a modern mountain townhome situated across from Winter Park Resort that features stylish decor and modern comfort. This spacious home boasts two lounge areas, a gourmet kitchen, a private salt water hot tub, and a large deck with panoramic resort views. Lakota Trailside 613 the perfect choice for your Winter Park mountain getaway!

Step into luxury as you enter Lakota Trailside 613. The open concept floor plan allows for plenty of light on the main level with vaulted ceilings and spacious design. The full modern kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a five-burner gas stove and oversized oven, with room for two at the bar top seating. When meal prep is complete, share the stories of the day around the dining table that seats up to six. Head into the living area and rest easy as you take in the gorgeous views from the floor to ceiling windows, and curl up on the plush furniture to enjoy a cozy movie night.

Ready to rest easy? Head downstairs and find the Primary King Suite that features a large flat screen TV, ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, and an oversize walk-in shower. The Second King Suite features a flat screen TV, ensuite bathroom, thoughtful decor, and direct hot tub access. The third bedroom features a Queen bed, flat screen TV, and shared bathroom with hallway access. At the end of your fun day sink in to the second lounge complete with a large flat screen TV and plush seating or take happy hour out to the amazing deck with private hot tub and soak in the views of Winter Park Resort.

Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite, Second King Suite, Queen Bedroom, and a Queen sleeper sofa. Sleeps up to 8 guests.

- There is no trailer parking allowed in the Lakota neighborhood except in a closed garage.
- Quiet hours begin daily at 10pm. Please respect your neighbors, many of which live nearby year-round.

Parking: There is room for two cars in the heated garage & one in the driveway. No trailer parking permitted. This home has a steep driveway and/or access roads that require 4WD during winter months.

Location: Lakota Subdivision, directly across from Winter Park Ski Resort. Just 3/4 mile from parking lots of Winter Park Resort ski area and shops and restaurants in the Winter Park Village. Three miles from shops and dining in Downtown Winter Park. It is a 200 yard walk downhill from Lakota Trailside properties to the free shuttle pick up spot.

We loved our stay at Lakota Trailside - the views of the hill from sun up to sun down were just spectacular. The beds were very comfortable and everyone had plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed playing cards and watching the winter Olympics by the fire after a full day of skiing. We actually chose to walk up the hill to catch the shuttle and walked down the hill at the end of the day - a shorter commute overall.

Ski Trip Get-Away

Views and location were stunning. The house was beautiful and easy to get around. Our rooms were a great size. We came with two kids under the age of 3 so we needed extra room for their things and to run around. This house had all of that including a short walk up the hill to the bus stop that made accessing Winter Park that much easier.

Very nice accommodations with easy access to the slopes. We left very early every morning and were able to park in the free parking lot across the highway. The kitchen was very well designed and fit several people in it at the same time. It was also well appointed with most of what you would need with my only complaint being the poor quality of knives. There were also basic spices and a few other odds and ends, which was super helpful! I would definitely rent again.

This townhouse was perfect! The views, furniture, amenities were first class. Our townhouse was stocked with everything imaginable and unimaginable. Winter Park Lodging was a pleasure to work with. They followed up to make sure we were pleased and had everything we needed. I usually don't like to stay at the same place twice, as I like to experience different houses, but next time we go to Winter Park, Lakota Trailside 613 is the home we will stay in and Winter Park Lodging will be our booking company!

Fantastic Views

We like to cook meals after a day of skiing, The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. It was nice to have all the bedrooms in the lower level. We would recommend this home to family and friends.

Amazing Vacation Home!!!

I frequently travel for work and leisure and I can honestly say this is one of the best lodging experiences I have ever had! The customer service team was stellar from planning through booking and all the way to the end of our stay! If we needed anything it was taken care of right away. The home was immaculate with gorgeous views. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The rooms were comfortable with plenty of blankets and towels. The hot tub was ready with plenty of space of the 7 of us and a perfect addition we didn't know how much we would need after days of hiking and skiing. The heated floors kept us comfortably warm and the cozy fireplace was perfect. There is plenty of space to store your ski gear and winter clothes as well as a quick washer and dryer so you don't have to bring tons of clothes. As a bonus, the shuttle is just a short walk up the street to get to the resort and town if you do not want to drive. I could go on for a while, but it was just an outstanding experience overall and we are so glad we went with Winter Park Lodging.

Winter Park Spring Break 2020

Beautiful location with magical views

We spent a couple days here for our minimoon (short honeymoon) and the place is absolutely breathtaking! It was clean from top to bottom. The mountains are right outside of the window making great views from anywhere in the house, especially from the private hot tub. We were concerned with the price at first but it is absolutely worth every penny. MANAGER COMMENTS: Congratulations Jameka!
