Nuestra hermosa y extremadamente limpia casa de 2400 s / f en la comunidad de playa privada de Suissevale en el lago Winnipesaukee, Moultonborough. ¿Vas a asistir a una boda de otoño en Caste in the Clouds? Estamos a 3 millas de allí! Vacaciones de verano en la playa, estamos a 1/2 milla de la playa de asociación privada. ¡No te decepcionará esta casa! La casa está muy bien cuidada, muy limpia y los muebles son nuevos. La asociación privada Suissevale Beach está a menos de media milla de la casa. El diseño de la casa es perfecto para 2 familias que comparten el espacio. El gran dormitorio principal y baño es una ventaja. Hay un estudio y una gran sala, por lo que todos tendrán espacio para relajarse después de un día en la playa. La playa de Suissevale es considerada una de las mejores playas de Winnipesaukee, con una zona de baño muy grande y segura. Hay un lanzamiento de barco 1/2 milla de la casa. La playa tiene un parque infantil, mesas de picnic y áreas de parrilla, solo traiga su carbón. This is an amazing place. It is so warm and welcoming and very relaxing. There is so much to do in the Lakes Region and you have to experience it but this is the place you want to return to after a busy day.

This home is awesome - it has plenty of room for everyone and is very well appointed. Beds are comfy too! The clubhouse & playground are right across the street so it’s great for kids. The spiral staircase is a little dicey for small kids but we had a 1.5 and 4.5 year old and no problems!Jen the owner was great to work with - we will definitely be back!

Lovely home in the heart of Suissevale. My husband, son, daughter in law and 6 and 4 year old grandsons all enjoyed ourselves very much for a week in August. The house is very spacious with many rooms to relax in and a large front porch.

Bike Week 2025

The house was pristine and Jennifer was splendid to work with, she was very flexible and the house rules were reasonable. The neighborhood was gorgeous and the neighbors were welcoming and kind. Would totally recommend.

Great for extended-family vacations

We had a stay here with our extended family and the property is designed in such a way that everyone has a place where they can spread out and a giant central dinning room to come together for meals.

Family gathering for Celebration of Life service

Words cannot express how pleased we were with our 3 night stay in Moultonborough! The home was just that: a loved home! We felt comfortable and welcomed from the moment we arrived. Great Stay With Friends

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and had plenty of room for our party of 7 adults. It has a nice deck with plenty of seating for everyone. Jennifer was great to work with and very accommodating to our needs.

Thanksgiving at the lake

This was our second family vacation at this property and it is always wonderful. Large house with plenty of room for extended family. Kitchen has absolutely everything you could need. Jennifer is a joy to communicate with. Looking forward to another.duture stay.

Amazing 4th of July experience

We had an awesome time at this home. It is conveniently located just a couple streets away from the private beach. Check in and out were smooth and Jen answered any questions I had. There is a ton of space for the adults and the “tweens”. I can’t wait to book this property again!

Cozy and Spacious Home

The house was clean and perfect for our group of 11 to stay for the weekend. It was very close to the lake and it was a quiet neighborhood. The host was quick to respond and helpful. The only part that was a hassle was bringing our own bedsheets and towels. Since we drove here it wasn’t as big of a deal, but for people with space limitations, it would be a lot. We wish the bedsheets were provided, but other than that, everything was perfect!

Great home

This home was perfect for our family trip. There was room for friends to come visit and stay a few nights, room for my parents, my sister and her 2 kids. Room for the pups, room for the cars and room for all our gear :) The lake is amazing --- so clean, calm and smooth. My niece is now a mermaid and wouldn;t even come out to eat. We had bad weather but thankful the house was so large so we didn't kill each other during those cabin fever moments. The set up is great so that there is room to socialize while people are sleeping and not bother people. Will definitely consider another trip!

Wonderful house with lots of space, close to beach!

We had a wonderful week in this spacious home! The pictures really don't do it justice! My two boys were so excited to arrive and explore every room. The master bedroom is far away from the rest of the house, which was a perfect situation for the grandparents. My kids loved taking the spiral staircase to their room, and their was plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 active boys. The house is fully equipped in the kitchen, toy room, etc. We couldn't have asked for anything more! The beach is a minute drive away and even in walking distance if you don't mind a leg workout. Thank you, we had a great week!

The Perfect Wedding House

I got married at Castle in the Clouds in September, and since there are very few hotels in the immediate area, we decided to book houses for the wedding party to get ready in. We chose Jen's house for my bridal party and it was absolutely perfect. The fact that it was 10 minutes away made the whole weekend extremely easy to get back and forth between, and there was so much entertainment area within the home. The house was spotless upon arrival, and after messaging Jen earlier in the week, I was able to check in early to allow for ease of scheduling around our rehearsal at the Castle and getting ready. Overall, we had a wonderful time and I would love to rent the house again in the future for vacations.

Spacious getaway surrounded by mountains

Jen’s home had more than enough room for our two families. Everyone had a spot at the large kitchen table. The house was clean and each living area was spacious enough for all but it was nice to have the option to spread out into the other when needed. The area is beautiful and a great neighborhood to walk around and enjoy. The community center has swings and a small playground for the kids and is right next door. The beach is beautiful and a short walk down the road. Castle in the clouds though closed for the winter has tons of beautiful hiking trails and views that are accessible year round and is less than 10 minutes away. Be sure to check out the brook trail With all its waterfalls. Would definitely recommend staying here. We had a great time.

Beautiful home in Suissevale!

We had a wonderful extended family vacation in this very nice house. The homeowners were very easy and prompt to deal with. The house is fully stocked; kitchen has everything you could need. We had several small children with us and it was nice that since the homeowner also has small children it was pretty much “toddler” proof. (No breakable knickknacks down low, electrical outlets had covers etc.) We brought a baby gate to block off the stairs to the basement but I believe I saw an extra baby gate in the laundry room. The bedroom with bunk beds is kind of a tight fit. We had a family of 4 staying in there since we had 4 different families in the house, probably fine if you just have kids staying in there but a tight squeeze for adults/kids and suitcases. We still had an excellent time at the house and there is plenty of room in the house for everyone to spread out and relax. The Suissevale Beach is perfect. It is technically walk able from the house but it’s down a pretty steep hill, not something you want to do with all your beach stuff. The house does come with one beach parking pass so we just shuttled people down and back. The beach has good sand, excellent shade, picnic tables and a wonderful playground for the little ones. I would not hesitate to recommend this house to anyone looking in the area.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

My parents bought a vacation home in Suissevale in 1976, and I've loved the area since! I learned to swim at the Suissevale beach, now my young children have learned to swim there as well. The lake is 1/2 mile from house . My parents and both brothers and their families are here, so we love being able have great family time in Suissevale. I love this end of the Lake as it is quiet and peaceful, but still has great restaurants and shops!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Tons of room for entertaining and peace and quiet, if that is what we need. The dining room fits 12 comfortably, and we fill up every seat most dinners with our extended family. A .4 mile short walk down the hill to the private association beach is great. 2 dens allow for adult space….and kid space ! The master bedroom has a king bed and private in suite bathroom (with shower). The 2 bedrooms upstairs (queen bed, other room has queen and twin) share a bathroom. The kids bunk room has easy access to the 3rd bathroom. Fully stocked kitchen for your entertaining needs. Guest bring their own sheets and towels. Beds have pillows, blankets and quilts . If you want owner to coordinate rental of sheets and towels (roughly $175 for the stay) just ask as this MIGHT be an option. However, rental service is not available during June, July and August says.
