Please be aware that the surrounding area, impacted by the 2023 wildfires, is still in recovery. While there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance and some construction nearby, our property offers a peaceful retreat by the sea. We kindly remind guests to respect the neighborhood and refrain from walking in the surrounding areas.

Lahaina Shores Resort is a one-of-a-kind Hawaiian vacation destination, offering a rare blend of beachfront serenity and historic charm. Located directly on the golden sands of West Maui's shoreline, the resort provides unobstructed ocean views stretching across the channel to the neighboring islands of Lanai and Molokai. Guests of Lahaina Shores Resort enjoy direct beach access just steps from the property, along with the convenience of the resort's pool, hot tub, and beautifully maintained grounds. With the sand at your doorstep, you can easily spend your days lounging under the palms, or swimming in the gentle waves.

BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to weather, heavy surf, strong currents, and tides. Due to Maui's rural setting, you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don't kill them. Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Maui is in a tropical climate. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. By booking your stay with us, you accept that Host is not liable for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of water, electricity, air conditioning or plumbing that is beyond their control. Host is not liable for any loss or damage to Tenants' personal property caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond their control. Tenants accept that the cable and internet service at the Rental can be sporadic and unreliable at times, and Tenant shall not be entitled to any refund of the rental fee in the event either of these services are unavailable or not operating properly during Tenants' stay.
