Ski season is here and this is your home away from home for your perfect Bretton Woods Ski Vacation. This two level duplex sleeps 9 comfortably. Renovations complete now, include entryway, expanded cooks kitchen, expanded loft with shower bath, and tasteful décor throughout, for a relaxing, tranquil, get-a-way. Sleeps 9 ( K, K, Q & 2 Twins & Trundle twin, playpen, on suite with two Full Bath and one Shower Bath.)

The Omni resort has numerous amenities you can access including the Mount Washington Hotel, cross country skiing, sleigh rides, ice skating, and indoor rock climbing. Your oasis is located moments away from the base lodge and chairlifts. Ski-in with a short walk out.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy and spotless condo! The locating of the condo and check-in process was smooth and easy thanks to the clear, detailed instructions. The host was very responsive and shared a wealth of information about exploring the nearby area. Everything was just as described—clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Highly recommend!

Everything about renting this unit was easy. Accommodations are very neat and clean. Owners were available by phone and text on check-in and very helpful with questions on operations and check out requirements.

It was a nice house in a good location. Just a heads up, there was no soap or shampoo for any of the bathrooms, which caught my husband and son off guard. Also, there are a lot of stairs up from the car, just FYI. The porch is lovely with a view of the mountains. It could use a little sweeping.

Comfy and Cozy

Our family recently stayed for a ski vacation after Christmas. We really liked the setup of having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Everything was really comfortable and clean. The view was beautiful! We had an easy time making it to the slopes and had an amazing time skiing! Thank you for your attention to details and making this a comfy and cozy stay!

Great weekend away!

Excellent place to stay

We stayed here with some family friends while visiting Santa's Village for the weekend. The house was a perfect place for us to relax and had everything we needed! The kids loved sleeping in the spacious loft, and the king sized beds were comfortable for the adults. John provided excellent instructions and responded promptly when we encountered a plumbing issue. We will definitely stay here again on our annual trip to the white mountains.

The Good, the bad and the Ugly.

The property was in a pleasant location with a nice view. There was a lack of attention to detail such as: Decks and porches were not clean. Property was not locked and could be entered from adjacent property. mattress pad and mattress was covered in urine, as if someone urinated on the bed. The master bedroom King bed had what appeared to be significant "seamen" on the fitted sheet. Owner provided a cleaning refund but charged back a dryer repair. Owner was defensive and confrontational.

Pleasant Stay

Our stay at Bretton Woods was relaxing, and quite fun! Excellent location for Santa's Village, hiking, and commuted over to Polly's Pancake House. Many thanks for a clean, cool, and very nice stay.

Short Stay

We wanted a place for a couple of nights so we could view the eclipse without traveling in the traffic. For a last minute rental for 2 nights, this fit our needs. The tv was a bit difficult to use(we did follow the printed instructions). We couldn't get our phones to cast Netflix, etc. The view was beautiful, especially as the sun set. The kitchen had all the pans, dishes, etc we needed. For a short stay, we would use this rental again(for a longer stay, we would need an additional bedroom as the kids like having their own rooms).

Two-family ski trip

The property was clean well stocked with linens. There is some discrepancy with the listing of where the beds are to what was actually in place. The listing says there's a room with a queen and a twin when in reality it's just one king in that room. That was disappointing as one couple had a young child who had been planning to share that room. Additionally, the listing says "just a few steps" to the trail to ski. It was a bit of a hike, especially with 5 kiddos, to lug all equipment to reach the opening of the trail. Otherwise, we all fit well and it worked out fine. John was initially very responsive when we booked and leading up to the weekend. He was a little harder to reach the day before and day of arrival, but there wasn't anything too urgent so it was ok.

Great place to stay!

The condo was extremely well kept and clean. Great functional space, lots of comfortable beds and plenty of blankets and pillows. Loved having access to a washer and dryer for after skiing. The location was a great spot, just a short walk to the ski path!

Amazing place

Our family of 5 stayed here and we loved it. Plenty of space to spread out. Cute galley kitchen. Good TV access. And access near ski slope was good. I recommend this rental.

Lovely spot

We stayed here early August. The chalet was very clean and all amenities listed were there. Convenient location particularly for Omni Resort. Very peaceful spot with foresty feel. We had some visits from wildlife. Only drawback if you are elderly is the steps up to the front door.

Vacation to Mt. Washington

The property was in excellent condition and very spacious. It had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. It was in a great location for visiting Mt. Washington, Cog Railway, Flume Gorge, and hiking trails in Crawford Notch.

I chose this condo because I was able to buy it from an original owner. It needed "love" when I bought it, but it's location on the mountain with its scenic view and privacy, drew me to this "labor of love".
