This spectacular Mountain View slope side condo has just that, spectacular mountain views! Feel the warmth and sense the joy that this home will bring you the minute you step inside. Well cared for and beautifully appointed. Three levels of living that afford the space to really relax and have fun. Open concept first level with hardwood floors allows you to see the view from wherever you are sitting through the expansive windows. Custom wood burning stone fireplace to enjoy on the cold winter nights. Large deck with gas grille off the dining area to enjoy the view of Mount Washington and the famous Mount Washington Hotel. First floor bedroom access to bath and convenient laundry. 2nd floor has a guest bedroom with bath and spacious master with large bath and again the view! The walkout lower level has two more bedrooms & shared bath, large and comfortable family room and access to another deck. The home sleeps 12. The Perfect vacation retreat.

We had a family wedding in the area and rented this wonderful large condo to stay for two nights. It is very well appointed with everything you need, it is very well located in bretton woods, it was super comfortable and has 5 bedrooms with beds for 12 plus 4 full bathrooms which is amazing if you have a large crew as we did. Two separate living areas allows for room to spread out, foosball table was fun! Pretty views, beautiful night sky, we really couldn’t have asked for a better place. Maggie is the rental manager and she was helpful, super responsive, flexible and very easy to work with. Definitely recommend!

Overall this condo is a good value. There definitely are some things that could be improved though. If the price wasn’t as good of a deal, I probably would do 3 stars.Pros: pretty convenient. Good communication. Overall nice place and good value for the price. Well stocked kitchen with basics. Cons: “ski in/out” is a stretch- it has ski access, down the road, turn left, and go across the parking lot (we had to drive, as the road is pretty steep and was icy). Majority of the beds are very uncomfortable- I think 2/7 were OK, the rest were rough. Downstairs most of the dresser drawers do not work. There is a loud popping sound when the heater comes on downstairs. The dishwasher you really have to shove it in hard to make it close so it will turn on. Last thing- that could have been a pro, but because I was told inaccurately is a con: I asked if there was a crib/pack and play and was told there wasn’t (so we brought ours), but there was a crib downstairs folded up in a closet.

We thoroughly enjoyed this property!! There were plenty of beds , the common areas were inviting and cozy after a day of sking !! The wood burning fireplace was just an added bonus. This unit is on the mountain and a quick drive to Bretton Woods main lodge ! Great place ,! Looking forward to a return trip !!!

The property was laid out perfectly and allowed everyone their own space. However, it was a little dated and could use some updating and TLC. I was pleased with the house but for the cost I think it should be updated. We did really enjoy the location and the layout.

We had a wonderful family gathering in Bretton Woods. It was perfect for our large family gathering. The property manager was very communicative and not far away if we needed anything. We did have issues with the dish washer, but we were refunded a little something for our troubles. Also, just a note about a few things and tips for anyone booking here. There is no AC, and it did get hot. The fans are not enough. Bring some extra cooling devices if coming in the summer. Second, the garbage facility is further away than you think. About a mile or so from the resort area. Also, the tvs don’t work. We just didn’t use them.

LOVELY AND SPACIOUS

Our group enjoyed the layout and "Mag" was easy to get a hold of. We ran out of propane (gas for the BBQ) and she immediately responded with advice. A few minor upgrades would be nice, but we got by. The open floor layout with fireplace and vaulted ceilings provides a cozy ambience, but wish the kitchen was proportionally larger since we love to cook and spent most of our time in it. Nice location close to where we like to hike, but not too close to any major downtown area or supermarkets. The local convenience stores were sufficient, since we brought most of our own "stuff" anyway. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Not sure if it was ski in/ski out, no information/signs on how to get to trail was provided. Emailed property manager without response. I'm sure there was a way, so recommend to ask in advance. Nonetheless it was a nice ski weekend. The place was clean, warm and welcoming. Plenty of bathrooms, great use of space. Kitchen was well appointed. Nice fireplace. Comfortable beds. Would highly recommend

Great spot for a family trip

We had a great experience staying for a long ski weekend. The house was a good size for our group of 9 (+baby), clean, with great views. It was a little over a 5 minute walk over to the ski trails — a good uphill hike coming back, but doable. Definitely a great trip!
