Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash all dishes and put away.
Clean up any spills and throw away any open food in refrigerator.
Empty all trash (including bathroom trash) in the kitchen garbage. Dispose of trash on the way out in the containers on Wright Street side of the house. Please bag all trash.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Our stay in Loft C was excellent. Mark's listing, directions, and property were just what my wife & I needed for a relaxing weekend. The property is located downtown near excellent dining and all amenities Pensacola has to offer. Check-in & check-out were a breeze. We look forward to staying here again in the future!
