Each of Admirals Quarters' 115 privately owned condominium units offers spacious floor plans and stunning view of the Gulf of Mexico. Our 3BR/3BA unit features over 1700 square feet of living space in the heart of Orange Beach. With a panoramic view from the 11th floor, the Living Room and Master Bedroom open directly to a large balcony furnished for dining and lounging.

Our guests can enjoy such amenities as a jetted whirlpool tub in the Master BR and free high speed internet. Admiral's Quarters is one of the most sought after resort complexes in Orange Beach. Park your vehicle in the reserved covered parking space and enter the well appointed lobby. There, you will find a full compliment of amenities, including a large indoor pool, fully equipped fitness center, sauna, and Gulf front tropical outdoor pool and deck area.

John & Pam have lived and worked in Baldwin county for 17 years just 45 minutes from Orange Beach. As a family, they have enjoyed Gulf Coast beach vacations their whole lives. They now look forward to sharing their beach condo with new friends.

Admirals Quarters had all the amenities that we were looking for in in a vacation condo. When the right unit became available, we couldn't pass it up. We're sure that our guests will enjoy the location and just as much as we do.'

What makes this condo unique

Admirals Quarters is a low density condo with on site security, indoor pool, sauna and work out area. We enjoy or oversized balcony in the mornings for coffee and in the late afternoon for spectacular beach sunsets.

This condo is decorated so beautifully. It is very spacious and comfortable.

From the moment you walk thru the door and see this beautiful condo with an amazing ocean view across the entire living room area, you start feeling the weight of the world falling off of your shoulders.The open concept lets you enjoy the ocean view and breeze from the kitchen, dining room and living room.The condo is very spacious with beautiful comfortable furniture and well as soft fresh bedding. Master br has a separate entrance to the balcony. A king size very comphy bed, a walk in closet and large bathroom area a deep whirlpool tub and shower. The balcony is large with privacy walls on each side which is very nice. We enjoyed relaxing and eating outside at the dining table and relaxing on the comfortable padded chairs while enjoying our coffee. The view of the ocean is breathtaking and easy to see dolphins playing in the water. John and Pam are wonderful to work with. They are so accommodating and make you feel so welcomed . Great place to stay with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Admirals Quarters has the best floorplan by far of any condo I have ever stayed in. Thank you John and Pam for sharing your little piece of heaven in Orange beach!

Even Better the 2nd Time Around!

Last October we stayed at John & Pam's beautiful condo and, at that time, we wrote a detailed review of how much and why we enjoyed our stay at AQ1108...go back to October 2016's reviews if you want to know all about it. WELL, this year was even better!!! They added a few accessories and a new coffee table that is perfect for the space. They have thought of everything. We are so appreciative of their wonderful hospitality. Having 1700 square feet in a condo is a rarity in itself, and this one is perfectly decorated. The building is quiet and with a limited number of units, the beach is not crowded. We can hardly wait for "Three's a Charm" next year!

Fantastic Fall Week

What a beautiful condo. My husband and I stayed a week with our 9 and 11 year old, as well as with his parents. This condo gave us all plenty of space. It was stunning and comfortable. The floors were beautiful , and my mother-in-law is now looking for similar flooring to remodel their home. This part of the beach during this time of the year is very peaceful and relaxing. The only thing that was sort of a bummer to my 9 year old is that she couldn't use the gym equipment because you have to be 16. We hope to return again.

Quiet, roomy, nice patio and great ocean and beach views

This unit is beautiful and spacious. The owners were exceptional to deal with and very responsive to all my messages. One of the major perks of this unit is the comfortable beds. We travel to Orange Beach 2-3 times a year and it is rare to find a unit that meets all your needs but this one did. We will book again for sure!

We accept payment through VRBO/HomeAway online credit card system. We also accept personal checks and eChecks but only when discussed and approved prior to booking.

Travelers can pay in full at time of booking or in two or three divided payments. The system is automatically set for two payments. If the three payment option is preferable, please notify owner at the time of inquiry as this cannot be changed after the reservation is accepted.

If payment by check is preferred, please alert owner at time of inquiry. In the event that payment by check is agreed upon, the VRBO/HomeAway service fee plus an amount equal to the security/damage deposit must be paid by Credit Card at the time the reservation is made in order to secure the reservation.

Regardless of the method of payment, all funds must be paid prior to 30 days prior to check in for short term guests (less than 28 day stay) and prior to 60 days for our long term guests (28 days or longer).

The cancellation policy is covered in detail in our rental agreement. In general, all monies paid are refundable if cancellation is requested prior to 30 days before check in for our short term guests. For our long term guests (28 days or greater), cancellation must be requested prior to 60 days before check in.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
