Beach view from living room and private balcony were absolutely stunning. Reserved parking spaces were extremely convenient, and beach access was excellent and very close. Check in and out were self serve and super easy. Our family had a great time!

Showers/tubs were extremely dirty. Shower curtains were mildewed and didn’t even reach the tub. We called, they did come, but they took the shower curtain and replaced with another short liner, but no curtain. Disposal was jammed with a bolt. Overall, could definitely use deep cleaning for sure and updated.

The rooms were great! Very spacious. The view was amazing. The walkway lined with palm trees was very beautiful and provided shade walking to and from the beach. We enjoyed our stay very much and will do it again in the future.

The check-in/out process couldn't be easier. The condo is spacious and appeasing. Amazing views from living area. Great location! Walk to flora-bama. The beds were made very professionally and very comfortable. Everything you could need is supplied except dish soap and scrubber. The condo needs a deep cleaning more often. The light fixtures were dusty, The floors were very gritty (I know you can't get rid of sand, I know!) but our feet were black after the first few hours so we swept ourselves and it was much better. Dried food on the dinning table and floor. Stains on the couch that obviously needed more attention. The cloth furniture (including balcony chairs) needs to be wiped with damp cloths after each booking! It would be very helpful and a little pillow fluffing would go a long way in pleasing the eye. The condo is getting "dated" but it wouldn't keep me from booking if it was kept cleaner. The condo amenities are some of the best! Pools and grilling area were always clean. Parking was easily accessible and the area stayed cool. Parking garage is a must in OB. They even had fans and someone with a blower at times near elevators to keep floors as dry as possible. Overall a great condo to book for your next OB vacation.
