One full bathroom & 3/4 bathroom!
Fully equipped newly renovated kitchen with all appliances, including microwave, coffee and wine bar!
Family room with queen sleeper sofa, 2 comfy swivel arm chairs, fireplace, & Samsung Frame TV with artwork on display!
Great Room with 180 degree view of the Long Island Sound and cozy lounging area (3 Love Sac sofas) and 10-seat dining table overlooking the shoreline!
Washer & Dryer included!
All Utilities included - Heat, Hot Water, Electricity, Central Air, Water, Sewer, Internet, & Garbage removal!

A large coastal backyard space with large patio, beach sand, & sand bars!
Outdoor patio dining room set, living room set, & 3 lounge chairs!

It’s called Sister Sands because we three sisters were raised to be the best of friends and the physical distance between us posed a challenge to our families, so finally our dream came true, & we purchased a house on the water, right in the middle of New Hampshire, Massachusetts, & New Jersey in Westbrook Connecticut.
Sister Sands is now our home away from home!
"Sister Sands" is dedicated to our Mom & Dad, who would be so very proud of the women we’ve become! Our parents lived to hear our laughter, so we plan to laugh for a lifetime together at Sister Sands!

Why they chose this property
Sister Sands is located in a private association called Pilot's Point. The beach in front of Sister Sands is private and down the road is an association beach used by association members only! The neighbors are so nice and friendly and the house is walking distance to Bacari Social - an amazing restaurant and bar!
