Very cute and comfortable place to stay! It's a very quite setting. It had everything we needed. They let you know by text the day of your stay their check-in procedures which was super easy! There is also plenty of room for parking trailers if you are bringing a boat. My husband and I had a very relaxing stay and we will book again!

My sister and I enjoyed our stay at Grand Pines. It was peaceful, comfortable and had everything we needed. The lake and the grounds were very nice as well.If we had any complaints it would be that the outdoor deck to our room needs some TLC, and there was quite a bit of hair in the hairdryer, but we will definitely be back for another visit to Grand Pines Resort.

We spent hours at the beach..thekiddos had a blast swimming and fishing off the night we had a huge fire in the provided area, which the adults enjoyed!

Absolutely loved our stay, room was perfect for us, beds a little wonky, but we were able to make do. Rented a pontoon and fished all day, was sooooo amazing. Loved out stay! Hayward itself was wonderful. Thank you for everything

The playground was not well kept and you couldn’t even go down the slide it had mud and water that was stuck on the bottom of the actual slide. It was also a little annoying to pick up our own linens but we didn’t mind doing it as the cleaning staff was very friendly. Beach was clean and easily swimable for our family.

Great Experience Ice Fishing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our children are 2, 6, 8, and 10. We specifically chose the motel for the 1/2 day ice fishing experience. We are glad we brought ice cleats so we could easily navigate walking. Our oldest caught several fish as did my husband, and I even caught one. Our 6 and 8 year old nearly caught one each, but they got away right before they were reeled out through the ice. Our guide, Noah, even carted us back to the motel a couple of times so the children could go to the restroom! We were a bit nervous taking our 2 years old ice fishing, but we ended up having a great time! The motel rooms themselves were clean and nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place for the price. Do not like that check in and check out is fully virtual and there is no office to go to anymore. Not much privacy, if you plan on relaxing away from people by the lake this is not the place. Week to week could very in who stays there. We had rowdy big family staying that would take over the beach and their kids jump off our boat on the dock. But when they checked out it was much calmer and we felt more comfortable docking there. Great place if you plan on lake hoping and not spending time at the hotel except for sleeping.

The property was nice. Somewhat clean. Could have been cleaned better in corners and windowsills. The outside looks a bit rundown. But we enjoyed fishing off the dock.
