The Volunteer Villa brought to you by Volunteer Villas is a 4 br restored 1930's home perfect for a game day or event weekend stay. This home is kid friendly with amenities parents appreciate for younger kids. Minutes from new ball park, downtown, and campus. 25 minutes from the airport and 45 min from Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg/Great Smokey Mountains. We can comfortably accommodate 12 people in the 1 king, 4 queen, 1 twin and 1 crib. Parking in gated rear drive can accommodate 4 vehicles.
