The 4th bedroom has a queen bed with a Smart TV.

There is plenty of parking for vehicles, golf carts, and your boat if you want to enjoy some time on the water! There are two public boat ramps very close to our home. The Brighton Beach Boat Ramp is 0.8 miles down Alljoy Rd. The Bluffton Oyster Boat Landing is 1.8 miles from the house.

Enjoy a scenic walk to Myrtle Island and take in the views of the marsh, wildlife, and the moss-draped live oaks.

Bring your fishing poles or your crabbing gear and walk to the Myrtle Island bridge and try to catch dinner.

In downtown Bluffton, you'll find wonderful shops, restaurants, and the occasional farmers' market set up next to the Hayward House.

The Tanger Outlets are less than 4 miles down the road and offer numerous stores for your browsing and buying pleasure!

One of our favorite things to do is head to the beach on Hilton Head Island. The closest beach access is the Folly Field Beach Park, which is about 13 miles from the house. There is paid public parking, a vending machine, and a nice walkway to the beach.
