Main Living Level (Entry): Access the home from a shaded concrete parking area and interior stairwell. Inside, you'll find a cozy seating area, laundry room with sink, and full bathroom. The open-concept kitchen is a chef's dream with bar seating, prep sink, dining table for 8, and a butler's pantry with a second full-sized fridge/freezer. The living area opens to a large screened porch—perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails—and a sunny deck for lounging.

Upper Level: Three well-appointed bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and another sundeck with sweeping views.
