Room stay was nice, needs to be cleaned way better, and a/c went out 2 days before checkout and front desk will NOT answer! Half the party had to go home early due to the extreme heat in the room and being pregnant.

The room was okay. Elevators to get to the room were awful and slow and some were out of order. Take that into consideration when your condo is on the 19th floor. Hot water was non existent. Ohh and the tv in the living room that was working fine when we left got broken 2 hrs after check out. We weren’t even informed. Instead they charged my debit card 4x in the amount of 500. Don’t recommend staying here. Bunch of crooks!!
