Close to the Siesta Key, which was the main things we booked it, no laundry, limited kitchen supplies, noise level at midnight, lots of stores and places to eat,

There is a laundry, I am not sure why your review says otherwise- in addition, if there were any need for other kitchen supplies why was this not asked? I keep extra items in storage upon request as guests tend to snag items if all is given. Please update review.

This was the best rental value we have had. They have put a lot of work in to remodel. We had so much space. It’s just like the pictures and amenity listing. With trolley stops nearby it was great to get about the key. Just needs a toaster as next purchase. The host and property manager were both very responsive.

Excellent location. Great host, Jessie, attentive to needs. Property was in need of some extra cleaning and supplies and that was taken care of right away. Would definitely stay again and tried to book for next year, but price had doubled!

Great reponse and very accommodating. Large and well equipped kitchen. Property needs to be updated. Furniture and bedding was badly worn. Carpet wad gross . It was an excellent price and location and quiet. It's on the 2nd floor. Be prepared to carry your thungs up the stairs.

This rental wasn't ideal for my family. the back yard wasn't cleaned up so we didn't want to hang out there. there was no sofa, and the entrance smelled like weed. the laundry room was around back and wasn't clean either. the inside of the rental was clean and meet our expectations. the host was friendly and helpful.

I am not sure what "cleaned up" means as it is the same yard as the pictures. There is a chair that easily folds out into the sofa- if the guest's concern was brought up, he would have been informed as such. There is a strict 'NO SMOKING" rule on this and the other units, therefore a guest's failure to comply is not the responsibility of the host, especially when no mention is made. The laundry room is on the exterior which is explained on the listing and in the pictures- this is not a surprise. This review is innaccurate and is to be removed by VRBO.

Host communicated that there was a double booking and offered me an alternative unit for one night for a discount (97 refund). I happily obliged but the alternative unit was way lower quality-studio apartment with a single chair and twin bed, an uncleaned toilet, half assembled chair in the living room and no hand or dish soap anywhere. I get into my originally booked Vrbo the next day to see it has been hastily cleaned (dirty floors, counters and shower floor) with a single towel in each bathroom and not even one washcloth in sight. Will not be rebooking....

No concerns were made clear to either host nor onsite manager and both were given the "all is well" impression and communication. A free one-day stay in another unit was given as a courtesy and again, no concerns were brought up or any indicator of such. In addition, no request for additional towels or anything of such was mentioned. This review is to be removed as it was not written in good-faith and does not align with the perfect 5-star reviews that it has.
