Had a wonderful stay and excellent communication with the owner. The house had all the thoughtful little touches that make traveling away from home so much easier. We also asked to have the pool heated, and it was the perfect way to wind down each day.

This place is AMAZING!!! It’s so close to a ton of things to do. There’s an abundance of space for everyone to relax and hang out. There was so much intention put into this house-we almost didn’t need to pack anything but our clothes! They thought of literally everything we could need! Would definitely stay again!

Our family had a wonderful time at the property. We had 4 generations enjoying a spring getaway and this property had something for everyone! We loved the pool, outdoor fireplace and grill, game room (super cool!!), and different lounging areas. So many details considered in this rental, from coffee pods, to first aid needs, to sun glasses! The owners were extremely helpful and attentive. It was truly a joy to stay here. It is worth noting this home is also a great location to enjoy Spring Training games in Suprise or Peoria.

This property had everything that we needed and more! There were so many things that we didn’t need to bring with us because they had it! The pool was heated perfectly! Everyone tried the cool rock slide and diving board. We had plenty of sitting space in the shade or sun. We loved all of the outdoor floaties and toys. They had everything we needed for the kids ages 7 mo, to 2, 5 and 9 years old. This house has plenty of indoor space too! The whole family enjoyed playing in the game room, 94 year old grand dad even tried skeeball The bigger two had fun in the secret tunnel The kitchen was well equipped and we ate most of our meals there. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were well equipped. We would definitely stay here again!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We’re thrilled to hear the home worked so well for your entire family and that guests of all ages were able to enjoy the pool, rock waterslide, game room, and all of the different spaces. It’s especially wonderful to hear that the little ones, older kids, and even your 94-year-old granddad were able to make memories together—that’s exactly the kind of stay we hope to create. We especially loved hearing about him trying Skee-ball! We really appreciate you noticing the thoughtful touches and stocked amenities throughout the home. You’re always welcome back, and it would be our pleasure to host you again.

This property exceeded expectations. The location is excellent in a beautiful neighborhood, the house is very clean and very well appointed with everything needed from kitchen supplies to linens, pool toys, etc. The house is modern, beautiful and so tastefully decorated inside and out. Communication with the owners was excellent. We did have a couple of minor issues with furniture and appliances that were addressed promptly and courteously. We were a large group of family with adults and kids 7-17 celebrating my grandmothers 100th birthday on the 4th of July and the owners sent her a balloon bouquet to the house, incredibly thoughtful! I highly recommend this property and look forward to a future stay.
