There was a screw on the floor, no extra toilet paper, and no hand soap for bathroom. Other than that we enjoyed our stay, it was a great location to walk downtown Gatlinburg, and easy access to leave for Pigeon Forge. We enjoyed our stayed .

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was the perfect size for 2 people. Especially when only there basically for sleeping lol. The only issues is there really isn't much space for storing any food if cooking in the condo. Some things in the cabinets should be condensed to make room. Also, the fridge was turned up to coldest setting and no notice left of that. So a few of our drinks in the back froze before we realized it. Also the tv is way too high for that small room. Very uncomfortable to watch for long. Gave 5 stars due to the location and was fairly quiet.

This condo is small but perfect for a couples getaway. It’s quiet and located within walking distance to everything in downtown gatlinburg. The check in process was easy and the host was on top of it and super friendly even tho I did a last minute booking. The bed is comfy, the ac unit is right outside on the balcony and it is a little loud when it’s running but makes for really good white noise. If you’re lucky you will see a bear in the parking lot. Over all we had a very good stay and would for sure be back to stay again.
