Waterfront new-construction featuring incredible views! House is located in a no-wake zone, perfect for swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking or floating. Pickleball court, covered deck and patio w/ a hot-tub for cooler evenings. Basement foosball, pool table, shuffleboard, and a movie projector. Wet bar, ice maker and beer fridge to keep your drinks cool. Streaming services are available with guest accounts. WiFi and streaming apps included. No pets allowed.
Upstairs: Four bedrooms, two full and one half bathroom. Open kitchen, pantry, wine fridge, espresso machine. Dining and living room. Office space. Sliding doors to deck, lounge chairs and outdoor dining. Surround sound.
Downstairs: three bedrooms, one full and one half bath. Rec room with foosball, shuffle board, and pool. Sliding doors to patio with outdoor seating. Wet bar with beverage fridge. Surround sound.
Dock and Boathouse: ladder, outdoor bar, TV, BT speakers, paddle boards, kayaks and more.
Freshwater Estates. Great for walking and exercising. Large neighborhood.
Guests must have a car to get around. Plenty of parking in the driveway and on the side of the street.
