This water front, two bedroom condominium (ground floor), sits on the end of Pine Avenue, across the street from the beach and has wonderful seaside views of the bay. It also has it's own private fishing dock and boat slip!

We have tastefully furnished this spacious condominium. Each room includes quality furnishings that give the unit an island feel with all the comforts of home. Now with Free Wireless Broadband! We've added plantation shutters to every room with views that extend across the bay, beyond the city pier.

Stroll down Pine Avenue as it extends from the City Pier on the bay to the Sandbar Restaurant which sits on the Western Shore. Enjoy glorious sunsets on the Gulf of Mexico from the soft sandy beach. Sip a cocktail at your beach front table to the tunes of a local band. Fishing is the number one sport in this area. Watch 'em reel in the big one from the Rod n Reel pier located a short walk away with great views of Egmont Key.

Located at the north end of Anna Maria Island at the corner of Pine Avenue and Bayfront Boulevard. Across the street on Bayfront Blvd. is the Historic Anna Maria City Pier and Restaurant which dates back to 1910, The Bayfront Plaza, home to 'Two Scoops' Ice Cream Shoppe, Coffee House and Cafe is located directly across Pine Avenue. Also located at the Bayfront Plaza is the Anna Maria Post Office and shops for unique apparel, antiques, art, gifts and specialty items.

Take the free trolley that runs the length of the Island to Bradenton Beach, passing through Holmes Beach which sits in the center of this peaceful island. The mainland can be reached via two bridges which extend from the eastern shore towards Bradenton. The southern tip reaches out across the intra-coastal towards Longboat Key and Sarasota. Visit St Armands Circle for the best designer shopping on the West Coast or head to Walt Disney World and the other Orlando attractions which are just two hours away.

Beautiful!!

My friend and I stayed here for eight nights and had a fantastic time. The condo was well-stocked with all kinds of things, including sunscreen, beach towels, and cooking utensils. The location is absolutely perfect and is so close to City Pier. We loved walking on the beach, getting ice cream, kayaking and jet skiing nearby, and hanging out at the Pier, beach, and condo. Everything was very clean in the condo, and the owner communicated well with us about everything. Definitely would stay here again and recommend!!!!

Oasis of Beauty and Relaxation

From the moment we arrived we felt as if we were in heaven! The condo was beautiful. Well appointed, very clean and close to everything. The free trolley is wonderful and a great way to get around. Loved seeing the family sized golf carts and bicycles on the road.

The Waterfront restaurant was great as was Ginny and Janes. I would avoid Harry's Grill though. Another great restaurant is the Sandbar!

Definitely plan on making ap return visit.

Another successful return to Anna Maria Island

As frequent return visitors to Anna Maria Island we had a good knowledge of what the island has to offer, but this location was quite different to our previous visits with its very close proximity to City Pier, being on Pine Avenue, and the Bayou. Thusyou could stroll on the pier, witness beautiful quiet sunrises as an alternative to the sunsets viewed on the western side of the island, good dining alternatives close by, and for the energetic bike and kayak rental virtually on the doorstep. A good selection of shops on Pine Avenue, and of course 'Two Scoops'. Though on this visit the wildlife was less abundant than usual, there was the occasional surprise of a heron popping up at the door, a small group of ibis probing for lunch, and four osprey wheeling in the sky whistling to each other. So, location is excellent

The condominium initially seemed compact, but once we had unpacked and got ourselves settled in we found it ideal for us, comfortable, relaxing, and had all that we needed for a good stay. There was a huge amount of storage space, the beds and bedrooms were very comfortable and the kitchen generally well equipped. Being English and having a liking for a cup of tea meant that the absence of a kettle was a miss. I would have liked to have made greater use of the fishing gear, and on future visits would perhaps rent a kayak to use from the boat dock.

If wildlife and energetic recreation is an interest rent a kayak from 'Surferbus' to navigate the waters and see the wildlife on Robinson Preserve. Bookings can be made online at surferbus.com .

Brilliant getaway

We spent a very relaxing and enjoyable week at Chris's lovely condo. It had everything we needed for our family, well equipped, very clean with what looked like a brand new fridge freezer. The condo is excellently positioned for adventuring round the top of the island and with the bike hire shop being just along the road all your island transport needs are met. Chris was in touch with us all through our booking and even wrote to inform us of the street festival taking place on our day of arrival. To eat there are excellent restaurants within easy walking distance of the condo but our favourite was Poppo's Taqueria that provides take out mexican food; the kids and adults loved it. We will be back thats for sure, the whole AMI feeling is just magical and the condo really helps to start that relaxing holiday from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave.
