Nice place to relax

Thia place is a nice big home that will accommodate alot of people. Though the home was a bit dated and needs upgraded counters and furniture, it was we wou stay here again

House with pool

Great place to stay, all on small level, 4 bedrooms with lots of room. For future could use a grab bar in shower and needs a rail at pool steps for easier in and out for young and elderly. Would stay again.

Nice house, but I wouldn't stay there again.

The house is nice. It's a bit run down and the bed in the master bedroom is awful. You can feel the wires and every time you move it creaks, waking you up from sleep. The doors creak every time you open them; they definitely need a new bed.It's missing dishes and blender in the kitchen, so it doesn't feel like home.

Great location, nice facility

This property is very spacious & easily accessible in good neighborhood. Could use a little TLC with attention to bathroom fans & firmer sofa cushions, & cleaner pool & hot tub. Hot tub was warm but not hot. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay & would stat here again.

Great place. Easy to get to the parks with all stores and urgent care near by. Quiet neighborhood with friendly residents.Travelled with family and our dog. Big spacious home with separate gathering areas. Very comfortable. Was like having our home with us. Nice pool area. Hot tub was a little disappointing, didn’t heat well even in the days in the 80s and the jets are as strong as a garden hose but it wouldn’t stop me from renting again.

A fantastic villa for a family

We stayed here for a couple of weeks and we found this villa to be perfect for our family of four. It's well furnished, has clearly been recently renovated with new carpet, tiling and paint. Furthermore, the gas BBQ was fantastic. Publix is 5 min away, a Wawa is a walk away and Walmart is less than 10 minutes away. We would happily book again

Nice but could use updating

It was nice and quiet, only 2 tvs which were confusing to work, pool was not cleaned and smelly garbage on side of house for a week. Pool was not cleaned at all during our stay.

This property was great for us to stay at for the week. We couldn’t figure out the lock one night and called the emergency line. The lady that answered was so helpful! The walls look like they could use a good scrubbing. We had a couple frogs and lizards in the house not sure how they kept appearing. The pool was wonderful and we slept well!

The pool was not cleaned until Friday. The blinds in the house need replacing. A lot of panels are missing. The trash cans were not emptied until Friday. They were filled when we arrived early Sunday morning.

Terrible Property not at all as depicted on the virbo site

The house was in a good location but was filthy, pool never did work so couldn’t be used. Outdoor furniture was awful there were four $5.00 plastic chairs and two lingers with no cushions. Blinds were all rusty furniture dirty carpets stained. The air conditioning couldn’t be used because the vents were all so dirty and plug with dust and dirt. Totally disappointing that virbo lists this property as a Premium host.

Disappointing

The pictures posted seem to be from when the house was new. The furniture is now worn and uncomfortable. Only one set of sheets for each bed. The pool area now has lots of shrubbery pushing holes in the screens. The pool always has leaves and debris in it. Woke up one morning to a dead Possum in the hottub. We lost many pool days {which we paid for} due to pool heat not working properly and area having to be disinfected from the possum incident. The last weekend of our stay the pool heat went up to hottub temperatures (so our granddaughter could not get in) and when we phoned to report this no one showed up to fix it.

House was Amazing But not Clean

House itself was really nice however it wasn't very clean. The master bedroom sheets had to be washed before use they had stuff on them. The master bedroom shower had hair in the floor and none of us had even used it. There were dishes that had pieces of food stuck in them. The furniture had some holes in one piece particular and the main living room furniture was just filthy and you sank in. The springs were wore out. The beds were in horrible shape, the king bed was broken in the middle we literally could see it and there was a screw on the floor. The mattresses were horrible on every bed. Now the staff that is running it were very nice and polite. The pool took 4 day before we had heat warm enough to even think about getting in. It was so cold. We paid for heat! The area was very nice area the neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. I think it is overcharged for what we had wrong.

Good and Bad

Stayed in this house for two weeks while visiting Florida. The house itself was clean upon arrival. It is a large spacious house. The appliances: fridge leaks and does not keep things very cold, freezer does not fully freeze things (water bottles were in for 24 hours and did not freeze). Stove burners were broken (literally they were broken), we did not use the dishwasher or garbage disposal but an AWFUL smell started coming from the area around the 5th day in. Dryer damaged many clothes, sounds awful when it runs but leaves black marks all over clothing. The smell was so awful when I opened the dishwasher to throw a pod in there to run it empty I started gagging. The pool itself was relatively clean, but the spa portion is no warmer then the rest. The screening was torn in multiple places upon arrival, they came at 6:30 in the morning (without warning) and fixed some of it. Was very odd to be woken up to strangers out in the pool area. Also odd that you cannot lock the screen doors out there - so any neighborhood child or anyone could just wander into the pool area, but they have alarms on all the interior doors that go to the pool (which is ironic) considering any joe shmoe could walk up from the outside and get in. Whenever the pool caretaker came they would leave the screen doors open which allowed ALL the bugs in. The furniture in the house is well worn, but still tidy. The mattresses are uncomfortable. It was nice having linens provided.

not great, but not terrible

The property is as advertised. Good location, and the company was responsive. However, upon arrival, we kept finding issue after issue of small problems. Not extreme, but enough to have to note, so we weren't accused of the problems. Blinds in master bedroom didnt work, and the chain to turn the blinds closed was ceased. Other blinds had similar issues working. There was a cupboard face fallen off. The garbureator didnt work. The stove had 2x top elements that didnt work - they fixed the next day. We paid a large fee ($35/day, when most other properties in FL seem to only charge $15/day) to heat the pool, as it was a bit cooler the 3rd week of Feb2024 when we were there - pool heater was broken - so couldnt use the pool (was refunded). Lastly, the place was clean, except for hi-up on the high ceilings. The furnace vents are clearly and visibly VERY DIRTY, leaving dirt on the ceiling as well. The furniture in the front living room is very old, and the dirt so ground into the arm rests, looks to be almost impossible to get out, and the front of the arm rests, starting to rip. We arrived on the Sat, with instructions to put the large garbage can to the road on Wed night for collection. However it was left for us, already overflowing with garbage, that we couldnt even put our own garbage out. I would recommend to the property owner, to maybe spend a few dollars fixing all the small issues - like new blinds, some new furniture, clean the ceilng vents, etc.

Furchtbares Ferienhaus

Zuerstmal : Die Fotos im Inserat sind bestimmt 20 Jahre alt.Angefangen hat es damit,das der Code fürs Haus nicht bei der Vermietung im Briefkasten war(Nachts 24 Uhr ).Wir suchten dann eine free Wifi Verbindung und da hatten wir dann eine Mail mit Haus Code.Am nächsten Morgen ,dann der Schock als wir die Terrasse betraten :1 defekte Liege ,auf der sich 2 vollkommen verdreckte Auflagen befanden.Dann 3 kaputte Stühle ,beim Setzen ist unser Sohn mit einem Stuhl zusammen gebrochen.In einer Ecke stand noch ein kaputter Klappstuhl.Der Boden war total verdreckt und überall lag Müll rum !!!!Die Fliegengaze war an sehr vielen Stellen kaputt ,so das Sträucher in den Poolbereich ragten.Der Whirlpool war auch defekt,das wurde den Mitarbeitern gemeldet.Eine Matratze war so dermassen schlecht ,das man darauf nicht schlafen konnte ,aber auch alle anderen Matratzen quitschten und knarrten bei jeder Bewegung.Desweiteren war der Wasserhahn in der Küche defekt.Nach 4maliger Fahrt zum Vermieter wurde dann der Poolbereich gereinigt und mit neuen Möbeln ausgestattet.Die Gaze wurde notdürftig repariert ,sowie auch der Wasserhahn in der Küche.Auch eine Matratze wurde ausgetauscht.Der Whirlpool blieb die ganze Zeit defekt.Das Vermieterbüro bot uns 10 % für 4 Tage an ,viel zu wenig ,da uns 2 Tage Urlaub verloren gegangen sind.
