June vacation

Condo was clean and well equipped. Loved the outside deck and ocean views.Nice relaxing quiet time at Carolina Beach. Beds/mattresses could be more comfortable. Enjoyed having assigned parking at this condo. Would stay here again.

Great location, agency needs customer service training

Extra large ocean-facing windows with sofa on balcony. Ideal location - just a 10 minute walk to the CB boardwalk. Annoying that rental agency required going to the office for parking passes and would have required returning them too if they were permanent passes. Also, kitchen faucet repair took three days with little communication on status. But, at least, it was replaced. On balance, a good stay.

Rough start but great stay

Was disappointed when entering the condo as there was a strong pet urine order as well as there was only 1 drinking glass to use. Didn't take long for property management to help out with my concerns. The location and stunning views were great.

Pleasant stay

Everything looked clean and tidy upon check-in, though the AC had a 'check filter' message, and the stove's digital display was a bit kerflooey. We reported the issues promptly, and a maintenance person came the same day. On the third night, intermittent buzzing sounds started coming from the breaker box. The property management team was again very responsive -- a maintenance person and then electrician came the same day we reported the issue. Aside from these hiccups, we had a lovely time at this property and would consider staying there again. One note: the mattresses and pull-out sofa mattress were on the soft side, which was fine for two out of three of us. The third person slept on the sofa (not sofa bed) because it was slightly more firm. This isn't a complaint, but it's just an FYI for future renters with sensitive backs. If we return, we'll bring a camping pad + sleeping bag for the floor.

The location at the beach is great. The living room furniture is cheap and uncomfortable. The patio cushions are thin and old. Needs updating.

A weekend at the beach

We enjoyed the condo. It is well equipped except for glasses and very clean. The balcony overlooking the ocean was our favorite part. Watching the sunrise, surfers, and beach goers while eating our meals was wonderful. The condo is within walking distance to many attractions which is convenient since parking is expensive.

Quick beach trip

We loved the view and the condo was definitely enough room for 5. The paperwork required after booking seemed excessive. I am the type to read everything before signing my name and it took about 30 minutes to finish. Lot of legal ease. But, I would do it all again to enjoy that view and to be within walking distance to the Boardwalk!

Good location, could use a little maintenance

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carolina Beach. Not sure why we have to stop at Bryant Real Estate for parking passes when they could be left at the condo or emailed. Yes it’s on the way but traffic is challenging to turn in. When we got to our condo one of the electrical outlets were off the wall. Also none of the clocks were set. I had to buy batteries to set the main clock. The list of provided toiletries stated there would be soap at each sink. Ok, well it’s a single use bar you get at a hotel and there was no soap at the kitchen sink. I understand if you don’t want to provide hand soap and you can’t please everyone but for the price you pay you would expect something a little better. Hand soap is $2 and makes a better first impression. In the second bathroom the drain didn’t work to fill the tub, so we had to be creative to make a bath for our small kids. Also something to be aware but the tubs are slick and there is no anti slip mat or stickers in the tub. Our 2 year old fell twice. There was no bath mat in the bathroom so we put a towel down on the floor to protect the floor. Was told fully stocked kitchen but there is no cheese grater. Bad surprise when we made tacos and couldn’t grate cheese. The mattresses were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels and linens. I marked down cleanliness because the floors were sticky when we got there and our feet would turn black. There were no supplies to mop. Great location. Could just use a little TLC.

Best vacation

This was the best vacation yet! Loved being rifht on the beach. The place was comfortable and perfect for 5 people. Check in and out was super.easy too.

Treasure by the beach

My Mom and I had a girls get away to the beach. The condo was a true gem. We had amazing laughs, rumikub watching the sunset and a beach chair by the suba divers looking for treasure. A truly wonderful place. Thank you!

Great condo on the beach

Enjoyed the condo with its beachy decorations and comfortable rooms and a great view from the balcony. The short walk to the beach was convenient. The property managers were efficient and helpful.

Beautiful deck veiw

I wanted a condo with perfect ocean veiw and this was it. Nice sized deck. Well decorated and stocked with everything we needed. We did have to grab extra toilet and paper towels. Quality of both was useless. Stepping out on the ocean sand direct from condo and being walking distance from great food. Try lakeside steak house and sol flavor- excellent!!

Perfect weekend getaway!

Absolutely loved our stay. Condo was very clean and exactly as described. We spent most of our time on the beach and at the boardwalk, which were easily within walking distance. Sunrises on the balcony were beautiful. Very clean and safe feeling neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!

Great View!

The only negative is walking the stairs to the third floor, but the reward is the view from the balcony. Highly recommend.

Amazing location, nice beach house

The location was outstanding, can’t get closer to the beach, and only a 12 minute walk to the boardwalk amusement park. The main living area and kitchen and porch were very nice. The kitchen even had soft-close cupboards and drawers. The bedrooms were nice but they only had blinds and no curtains. This caused for very bright rooms, even at night as the bright parking lot lights across the street shone right through. If you have napping kids bring blackout curtains. The bathrooms were ok. A few simple updates like new shower curtain rod and floor vent covers would make a huge difference as they were rusty. Check-in was annoying that we had to stop by the office just to pick up a piece of paper. The parking passes should be left in the unit and they should email or text the key code. Inconvenient to stop at the office for this, especially with napping kids .

Thought it was pretty tacky that we should have To bring extra soap and toilet paper . Cost of rental was not cheap cheap so $2 worth of soap and toilet paper should be included.
