We enjoyed this condo, it was smaller than we expected but still enjoyable. The host was incredible, responded immediately to any questions as well as suggestions for future guests, extremely accommodating! The condo sits by the pickleball courts and the “ dink” noise is really minimal, a non issue.

My wife and I spent 5 weeks at this property ("Desert Rose") and can honestly say that it really felt like home! Its location is ideal (near shopping, restaurants, walking trails, the 101, and other major roads in Scosttsdale) and the Village is quiet and provides both convenient assigned parking (in covered space) and plenty of guest parking. The unit is close to a pickleball court, but this was no annoyance at all. Our host (Aroosa) was extremely gracious and accommodating during our stay. We had to make a last-minute adjustment to the dates of our stay (adding a few days at the front end our booking) and she helped us accomplish that adjustment quickly and efficiently. The furnishings (beds, chairs, sofa, etc.) are comfortable and if there was some little item (e.g., a wall clock, a mop, ...) that we needed, our host would see to it that it was provided in a timely manner. The kitchen is on the smaller side but very well equipped with quality appliances, plenty of storage space, and necessary dinnerware/cookware. On several occasions, we were able to comfortably entertain our son, his wife and young son for dinner. We would not hesitate at all to stay at this property on a future visit to Scottsdale and highly recommend it.
