This condo on North Padre Island has all the conveniences of home and all the relaxing comforts of beach living.
A spacious condo of 1556 sq. ft with two stories of bedrooms and generous living space. A small condominium complex with only 10 units sharing the pool. Each bedroom has a balcony with a view of Lake Padre or the pool. Convenient to great restaurants and stores--yet walking distance to the beach!

There is no tax on a monthly stay.


An open floor plan, with comfy seating and bedding, and balconies for each room.
After a day at the beach, enjoy a relaxing evening sitting​ poolside or lounge in your own furnished privately fenced patio, or there's always the 65in smart TV and WiFi and board games.

Your vacation condo has a private attached garage, plus plenty of driveway and curbside parking available. You can bring your boat/watercraft with no parking worries. The unit is equipped with a washer, dryer, dishwasher, cooking utensils, pots, pans, spices etc.
There is a Keurig and regular coffee pot for the coffee lovers (bring your own K-cups).

Great place to stay!

I recommend this duplex as a great place to stay on Mustang Island. The beach was a little further than expected, but we drove and were happily surprised to find that we could drive right onto the beach. The unit itself had everything we needed but know that the twin room is a trundle bed. Very nice accommodation!

We loved the location, we explored the islands, Port Aransas and Corpus Christi. The house is well equipped with kitchen stuff, bath towels, soap, games, and basic spices. As others have mentioned the living furniture is a bit uncomfortable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

The condo ‘delivered’ as promised.

The location was great. An easy 2 block walk to a very nice beach. Accommodations were excellent. I was worried, based on the reviews I read about other condos in the area, but we quickly felt right at home in the Aruba Isles Condo, My 19 Year old daughter claims that the bed in ‘her room’ had the most comfortable mattress she has ever slept on. The pool was right out the back door and was very clean.

Glad we found this great condo!

This property was perfect for our family beach vacation. The property was clean and modern, we enjoyed the privacy of a small complex, and we had the pool to ourselves on more than one occasion during our 4 day stay. We were thrilled to find a few added bonuses of board games, beach equipment, and extra bedding. The living space was large and comfortable. The bedrooms were exactly as described. We were able to cook complete meals with the cookware provided in a fully stocked kitchen. Our family will definitely stay here again.

Corpus Christie condo

The condo was terrific! We had two families (8 total people) and there was plenty of room for all of us. Very clean and had many extra amenities. Kitchen was fully equipped for us to cook all of our meals. We walked to the beach everyday and enjoyed the barbecue in the evenings. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. We will be back!! The owners were easy to work with.

Good bones. But updates needed

Two MN Snowbirds were fortunate to be Winter Texans in this condo for 5 weeks in Feb & Mar, 2020. This condo has much to offer; 2 blocks from beach, quiet location, lots of room with a great floor plan, garage, balconies for watching both sunrise, and sunset over water, private patio, full kitchen, large closets, great master bathroom, fast Wi-Fi, and more. But updates should be made to living room and patio furniture. Pretty uncomfortable stuff. And the TVs are ancient and small. This might not matter much during a short stay. But this was a problem when spending 5 weeks in the place. Owner Tasha was prompt and professional in her responses and was accommodating allowing and facilitating an early check-in. This condo unit is one in a group of ten similar condos. Some of the others have better furnishings, and you may want to try renting one of those. Nonetheless, most folks would enjoy spending time in this unit.

Island Getaway

Our family really enjoyed this rental. The decor was very current. There was plenty of bedrooms and enough space for a few air mattresses and also the couch converts into a pull out bed. The bathrooms were good, a half bath downstairs, a full bathroom for the two bedrooms to share and a master bathroom. We enjoyed the balconies off of the bedrooms. TV’s were also really nice. Having the laundry room on hand was great. Garage access was a must and we had access. While talking to neighbors we realized that Unit C next door did not have garage access and that would have been a problem for our family since we had rented a beach buggy and needed a space to store it at night. The back patio gate was great for our 3 year old to add an extra layer of security. Having the pool literally feet away from the back patio was a huge highlight. The short walk to the beach was not a hassle at all! In fact the proximity of this unit to the public beach parking lot was a straight shot. At the public beach parking lot there are actual showers and decent bathrooms which are perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. In front of the complex there is a private fishing spot in the bay where we caught several fish. Also, this particular condominium complex only has 10 rental units making the pool practically private. While we were cruising on the island in the beach buggy to other condominium complexes most had about 20-30 rental units all sharing the same pool. For the entire week we stayed we rarely had to share the pool at all and it is a nice size pool. All in all, for the price point and location, our family felt like we had it all at this beautiful island getaway! Thank you, Tasha!

Stocked for the weather

Our family stayed for 2 weeks. During that time, not all days were the best of wether which kept us inside. The condo was stocked with games, books, and TV access to keep us busy. We were so gracious for that! We found the seating to be uncomfortable, but we did our best to make due understanding that rainy weather is not typical so therefore renters would not be in our situation. Tasha was wonderful to work with and accessible to reach out to. Recommend that there be a listing of area recommendations for “non-beach days”. Thank you Tasha.

Why they chose this property

This condo community is small and the common areas are shared by only 10 owners. Of course we love that it is so close to the water and beach. We venture to the beach early in the morning; take a rest during the day and then go back and enjoy the beach again during the sunset and evening hours.
