Pool Heating Disclaimer

Please note that pool heaters are weather-dependent. When outdoor air temperatures drop below 55°F, electric pool heaters will not operate, and pool water will remain cold. Even when temperatures rise slightly above 55°F but stay in the low 60s, the heater may produce minimal heat and may not significantly warm the pool.

The only way to guarantee a consistently warm pool during colder months is with a gas pool heater, which can operate in very low temperatures but requires substantial gas usage to maintain warmth.

By booking during cooler months, guests acknowledge that pool temperature and heater performance are directly affected by weather conditions, which are beyond the control of the property owner or management. Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please put all trash in the bins provided, making sure the containers are closed and secured.
Winter, turn thermostat down to 60 degrees. (Do NOT turn off the heat or the hot tub!) Summer, turn thermostat up to 80 degrees.
Please close and lock all windows and doors, and ensure the hot tub cover is on.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great home, great location. Loved the hot tub and pool combo and the rooftop deck. Plenty of space well thought out floorplan. Would have been nice to have more than 2 wine glasses but other than that minor issue it was perfect.

The house was the perfect size and set up for our group. The host was very responsive for questions about the pool temperature settings even sent someone to show us how to adjust. The house is 1 block from beach access. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Our stay was excellent! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly equipped for our group. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the beach and close to everything we needed. The house was absolutely beautiful and clean! A short 2 minute walk to the amazing ocean. Also a short 2 minute walk to the sound side of the ocean with great morning sunrise view. Fantastic house! Tons of room and absolutely beautiful! We loved the rooms and pool and very short walking distance to the beach, only 2 mins. Really close to pickleball, trolley stops, groceries and restaurants. Amazing sunrises and and sunsets from the roof! Highly recommend.

The house was perfect for my multi-generational family trip. We had 6 kids (14-4), 3 couples and a single. We had a few issues with the hot tub/pool but Kiri was responsive and quickly got someone out to the house to address. The house was very conveniently located to the beach and public beach access. The house could use a few enhancements to really knock it out of the park - but none diminished the value of the stay. The house needs more towel racks, hooks, etc in the bathrooms. Each bathroom had a very small towel rack with no other places to hang towels since the doors are 10-12 ft tall. My family cooks most meals so with the number of people the house can accommodate, it could use more cooking and food storage options - potentially even a second frig. It could also use an outdoor shower as the hose without any concrete pad for the sand was tricky. Again, none were deal breakers but could have enhanced the stay.

With a portfolio that includes over 150 homes on Anna Maria, Lido Key, Siesta Key, and Bradenton, as well as two restaurants and six hotels, my design work reflects the vibrant charm of these coastal communities. After a decade of managing homes in Anna Maria and Bradenton, I took a step back to focus on design, but I’m excited to return to home management!
