Isle Haven B vous permettra de faire de beaux souvenirs - c'est l'escapade parfaite sur la plage pour se détendre et profiter du charme classique de la Floride de l'île Anna Maria. Le duplex de 2 chambres / deux salles de bain offre toutes les commodités auxquelles vous pouvez penser. La chambre principale a un lit king size, la deuxième chambre un lit queen et un lit superposé si vos enfants préfèrent cela. L'emplacement ne peut pas être mieux. La plage n'est qu'à quelques pas dans la rue, il en va de même pour les bars, restaurants et magasins de Holmes Beach. Le chariot gratuit s'arrête également très près de la maison. La cuisine est entièrement équipée, draps, serviettes, ustensiles de cuisine, équipement de plage et bien sûr le Wifi gratuit est tout fourni. Vous ne pouvez pas vous tromper avec cette location.
Et: amenez votre animal jusqu'à 40 lb. Des frais pour animaux de compagnie plus taxes s'appliquent.

Former Local’s Dream

Our stay at this property did not disappoint. Being a native of Manatee County and former resident of Anna Maria Island, this was exactly what I was looking for. The proximity to grocery needs, stores, shops, and of course the beach which was just steps away is unmatched. Thank you for helping make such a wonderful experience. Wonderful Isle Haven!

We loved the home! It was beautiful. It was close to the beach! We rented a golf cart to travel around the island and that was a great suggestion. The home was clean and pretty well stocked with everyday items. There were some items I purchased and left for the next family to have! I would totally rent this home again!

We all got eaten up by bugs, was from in the house. Front door lock was tricky, outside handrail was loose, ne exhaust fan in upstairs bathroom. Close to the beach and shopping center.

Wonderful location and comfortable stay

Overall very happy with the short distance to the beach and items supplied (wagon, beach toys, sifters). Disappointed we had a couple maintenance issues while there (toilet was repaired but we went without a kitchen light due to electrical issue that wasn't fixed after reporting it). Grateful for the binder of information although it could use some updating. One roll of TP provided was not enough for our family during a weeks stay. Love the outdoor shower to rinse off. It was also frustrating that everything referenced using the app which did not work for us.

Asked weeks before trip for early check in,was told to call when we arrive, I did never got a call back just went to the house at 4 and went in.fan in master bedroom only works on low was hot sleeping. Downstairs bathroom door rubs the floor, downstairs bathroom inside bottom of shower door had black scum on it. Beautiful home near the beach and shopping/ food. Very reasonable price for our stay

Ideal home with a short walk to the beach

This was an ideal location for our beach vacation! Seven families rented homes between 52nd and 62nd street. Everyone came to us by golf cart and either parked at the beach or in our large driveway for the day. A very short walk to the water. The perfect house and open floor plan for a family of 4 (or more) with a small dog. Very clean with all of the amenities. The kitchen has everything you can think of and the outdoor storage was huge. Some may think the view out front is undesirable (the backside of a shopping plaza) but all of the positives truly outweigh this one negative. We will definitely rent again!
