Open floor plan, WIFI, connected tv, 4 bedrooms (King with ensuite, queen with ensuite, two twin rooms sharing a bathroom) with flat screen tv's, 3 bathrooms, game room, fully equipped kitchen, extended pool deck with lots of privacy, plenty of sun loungers... Solana Resort also offers a high-end clubhouse with gym, mini-golf, hot tub, heated pool, kids playground, beach volley court... Don't wait, book your next vacation in Orlando in this beautiful house.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
** Pool heating is NOT included in the rental unless specified in your rate. Please contact us to get a quote. You can still use the pool without heating, of course. ** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.
** This property is self-catering. A small starter kit is provided for your arrival, including 3 dishwasher tablets, 2 trash bags, 1 new sponge, 1 kitchen paper towel, 1 starter soap per bathroom, and 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed during their stay.

Overall we enjoyed our stay…

Yann was amazing from the start with communication, answering all of my questions within a few hours. We arrived on Christmas Eve and had a few issues that night but Yann was able to send someone on Christmas Day to fix them. The house was nice and the pictures were accurate. I do feel for how much we paid the linens for beds should have been nicer. We booked the home for 7 people but there were not 7 towels made available. The only other negative to our trip was that it sounds like everything within Solana is included in your stay but miniature golf was an extra fee per person. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Home

The house was amazing. Just a few things that were not available for us. Toilet paper, trash bags, and I had to fix the garbage disposal. It was not working when we got there. Some of the blinds were missing. But overall it was nice and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again and recommend this service and property.

We enjoyed our stay here, we had a great time on our vacation. The house was beautiful and the pool was nice and was in a gated community. We even played putt putt one day. Overall we had a good vacation. Thanks
