Our vacation villa is nestled up against a conservation area with mature trees which provides for PRIVACY when relaxing on the lounge chairs by the HEATED POOL(optional). Just get lost in the sound of the wind in the trees and the birds singing. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the GOLF COURSE viewed from the front of the house. This home is 1660 square feet and has a screened in patio/pool area and a 2 CAR GARAGE. KITCHEN has everything you need. There is a master bedroom with a KING SIZE BED and it's own bathroom; second bedroom with a FULL SIZE BED; and a third bedroom with 2 TWIN BEDS. There is another full bathroom. All bedrooms and living room have VERIZON FIOS. Other amenities include DVD/VCR, STEREO, video, books, Wi Fi INTERNET, TELEPHONE, WASHER/DRYER, iron, ironing board, hairdryers, towels, crib, high chair, toys for pool. This home is perfect for seniors, families, business travelers, golfers, snowbirds, etc. It's the perfect place to enjoy your Florida vacation.

Band trip to Disney

We as a group went to watch our daughter perform with the high school band at Disney. The drive there was easy and very close. Also close drive to Main Street with plenty of restaurants and things to do. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The pool very clean and nicely heated. Some things could use updating which would be easy to do, but didn’t affect our stay at all. We used the tennis court one day as well there. Very nice time!

Needs some love!

The interior needs to be updated (1990 decor). The living room furniture is finished. The beds are all due to be replaced. In general, a deep clean is in order; a lot of dust on the window valences, walls and silk plants. The appliances were all very good. The pool area was great. It was nice to be able to use the garage. Towels and linens were clean and fresh. Attention to the little things; only 2 teaspoons, cutting knives were dull, kettle didn't work. The weather was unusually cold when we were there and went down to 40F at night. We had no control over the thermostat. It was set to cool 75F and was locked so we had no heat. Despite mentionning how cold it was to the host, no immediate action was taken until the last few days of our 3 week stay. We are easy going people but this a bit of a disappointment.

Nice stay with some hickups

The house is totally okay. We would like to rent it again. The furniture in the bathroom should be renovated. The dishwasher was leaking foam through the seal sometimes. We wiped it up and it wasn't a big problem. The control unit of the air condition has been locked so we couldn't turn on the heat over night when the temperatures are dropping into the forties which made the stay a little bit inconvenient. If you pay for the pool heat you'll have to make sure that the water is at a high level. Otherwise the pool heat will not work. The pool company isn't doing this job.

Great location

Villa met all our needs and host was prompt with responses and guidance. Had a great 3 week stay with the kids enjoying the pool. Great view of the wildlife from the area from the safety of the pool area.

Jederzeit wieder!!

Wir waren für 4 Wochen dort. Und hoffen, dass wir nochmals hierhin kommen. Das Haus war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Alles war KLASSE und es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Die Nachbarschaft nett und ansonsten ziemlich ruhig gelegen. Erholung pur!!

Great place for Disney

We went on a disney vacation. It was an awesome location. Escape the parks in the evening with this forested yard, and private pool. My daughter loved to swim. Bring your own fire stick or google thingy for the TV, as they don't have streaming. The layout of the house was really nice for our family. We felt right at home.

Perfect for our family

We stayed at the property for about a week, and it is perfect for our family of five (two boys and one girl). We love the screened pool in the back. It is quite and private. Will come back again.

The accommodation needed an update, the pool area was very grubby and needed a serious cleaning.

The host needs to reply when asking questions

The house was nice but the ac was too high for that kind of weather you couldn’t get access to the wifi most of the channels on the tvs were blocked out the tvs need and up grade the beds you couldn’t sleep on the blankets that was on it you had to take them off a fold them and put them in the closet the host did not reply to you when you text her she will leave you on read and will not answer your questions that you needed answered

Nice house but could be better

The house in general wasn’t so bad, the furniture was kinda old and outdated but we didn’t mind that at all, the only thing that kinda bothered us what the fact the the tvs in the rooms were old tvs. Apparently they all had cable but we had no idea how to turn them on so we only used the tv in the living room which was the only flat screen tv. (an old flatscreen) There was no way to hook up our Xbox/ ps4 to the old tvs in the bedrooms so it was kinda disappointing. I understand the house is cheap but I would recommend updating the tvs, they don’t gotta be new flat screens or smart tvs, like maybe an old flat screen like the living room. I also recommend the thermostat not being locked, when we arrived we had noticed the air wasn’t working and the house temperature rose up to 85 (originally was 75). We weren’t allowed to change it because it was locked inside a box. Thankfully the owners brought a person to fix it. Other than that the house had everything we needed. It’s about 1 hour and 40 min to the beaches and 20 min to the theme parks/ gator land.
