Welcome to our vibrant and stylish newly constructed Duplex! Centrally located in the heart of NE Portland with easy airport access and all that Northeast Portland has to offer. This welcoming space features new appliances, cute living space, and prime location.
Located steps away from convenient stores, restaurants, and other high populated areas such as the Alberta Arts District, you`ll never run out of things to do or places to go.
This duplex does have a shared backyard with other tenants.
This one bedroom duplex will have everything you need for your Portland trip. The units comes with self check-in, free street parking, and plenty of amenities. Plus a convenient location within walking distance to several popular restaurants, bars, and coffee shops + more. This is an ideal home base to explore Portland.

There is one bedroom located upstairs in the unit. It features a king size bed and has its own bathrooms conveniently located within.
❋BATHROOM❋
This unit features 1 full bathroom. Inside the master bedroom you will find it`s own bathroom with a full bath tub.
❋BACKYARD/SHARED SPACE❋
Since this is a duplex, the backyard space is technically a shared space even though the other unit is fenced off to itself. Please keep to your side of the unit fencing to help ensure privacy for both you and any other guests.
You will have access to the entirety of Unit B
This property is in the heart of the Concordia Neighborhood in NE Portland! Nestled among tree-lined streets, Concordia is a blend of urban energy and serene residential charm. Known for its welcoming community and eclectic atmosphere, this area offers something for everyone.
You’ll be just steps away from the trendy Alberta Arts District, where local coffee shops, farm-to-table restaurants, and unique boutiques line the streets. Explore Alberta Street, famous for its vibrant street art, galleries, and the beloved Last Thursday art walk. Outdoor lovers will enjoy the proximity to Alberta Park, a peaceful spot for morning jogs, picnics, or simply soaking in the beautiful Pacific Northwest greenery.

The area this property is located at has a walk score of 89 and a bike score of 99. Making this a prime spot to get around without any need for a vehicle. However, if you do decide on bringing a vehicle with you just note that there is only street parking available, which is free.

• Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty at $50 per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy (2 guests)
• No pets are allowed on the property as we try to cater to our allergy sensitive guests. Violation of this rule will be subject to a $250 fee as well as termination of your stay.
