No shoes inside (slippers recommended).

Seasonal Access Requirement

From December 1st – March 15th each year, guests must have a 4WD or AWD vehicle to safely access the property due to extreme winter conditions (snow, ice, steep inclines). This is standard for Beech Mountain and is required for your safety.

Medical Emergency: Full refund with documentation

Deposit Policy: 50% refundable deposit required within 24 hours of booking
