Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Leave used towels on bathroom floor. Take out the trash, recycle, and compost. Turn off all lights, the air conditioning and/or heat in all rooms.
Press lock button at top of keypad on side entrance (do not lock the bottom lock). Lock the front door prior to leaving (do not lock the bottom lock).
Return keys to lockbox if you removed them.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Excellent, clean and spacious accomodations, perfect for our 4-legged dog in this 2 bedroom home with a welcoming backyard area. Host communicated well. Highly recommend this property! Alley parking of 2 spaces allowed for us to drop our motorcycle trailer. A bit of challenge but my guy is excellent at backing a trailer Would definitely stay again!

Great place in Magnolia. One of the main highlights is the reserved parking just a few steps from the front door. In our experience this is pretty rare in Seattle. The place was very clean and as advertised in the photos. The neighborhood is quiet and seemed very safe. We had a bit of a glitch at check-in that was totally my fault. Pay attention to the check-in message from the host as VRBO posts some conflicting information for the front door codes. Disregard that one and just follow the one from the host and all will be well! Will definitely stay here again.
