We had a great time visiting Seattle for a family friend's wedding. The apartment was exactly as described and shown on the listing. The communication from Cathy was timely and very helpful. There was plenty of room in the apartment and it was perfectly located in Queen Ann, just a short drive to Pike Market and downtown and you can't beat the views from the back patio. Our only suggestion would be an update to some of the furniture.

Beautiful apartment with a spectacular view. Parking was easy on the street right outside the apartment. We were pleased that the place was very clean and the washer and dryer worked well. The area is very hilly, but that was expected. We hope to come back again. Thank you, Cathy, for hosting us!

The location was lovely...the view beautiful. The furnishings were perfect, everything a lodger could need. Comfortable amounts of space and lights everywhere a person would look for one. Our host was very responsive. We had a question about how to operate the heating system and she called us within a few minutes.

Everything we needed for our short stay!

The place was perfect for us and we will be back. We loved the deck and the views, and it didn’t hurt that the weather was fabulous so we could enjoy views out over the water from the kitchen, living room and deck. The place was clean and well appointed and communicating with Cathy was easy and fast.

What a view!

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. We were close enough for easy trips to downtown, but equally happy to come home, play some pool, and watch the beautiful view across the water.
