Very nice neighborhood and quiet. House is very roomy nice open concept. Beds are very comfortable house is very clean, nice furniture. Has everything you need for cooking.The only thing we had trouble with was the gate to access the community and being able to lock one of the front/ side doors. Which are very small this would definitely stay again and recommend for others.Thank you for opening up your home to us

The host was very welcoming and the gated community and house were very charming. My family and I stayed in Painted Pelican for a couple of days after Christmas. There were lots of us and plenty of room for everyone. The house was laid out perfectly. The kitchen was very well equipped with cooking utensils, dinnerware, measuring devices, cookware and everything anyone would need to cook for a group. Second row property had an excellent view from both floors. The game room's view was long range. The room itself had amenities for all ages. Our 7 year old enjoyed his Legos as well as our college students were able to connect and complete their work.The kitchen was overly equipped with standard pots and pans as well as all electric appliances of every kind. The long peninsula made it easy to serve our large family with ease. So Nice! We all were surprised by the bathrooms with their fluffy new towels, hair dryers, and the soap system in the showers and super clean.Our Host helped us immediately with the lock box for the key.We will stay again!
