Looking for that home away from home? Look no further than Manatee Manor! This beautiful 3-bedroom 2-bathroom pool home is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood in charming Largo, perfectly situated to make driving to the beach a breeze, less than 5 minutes away! With plenty of shops and restaurants in the area, your private pool and screened-in lanai, you'll never be far away from paradise. Book now and get ready to return year-round!
Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator/freezer with ice/water dispenser, stove/oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Provides a drip coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, and blender. Basic dishes, cookware, and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Area: Dining table with seating for 4, plus 2 bar stools at the breakfast counter.
Living Room: Comfortable seating including a couch and a sitting chair, coffee table, large TV with console, sliding doors out to the pool, and a door to the screened-in porch.
Laundry: Full-size washer and dryer.
Bedroom #1: The master comes with a King-size bed, end table with lamps, a sitting chair, a dresser, closet space, a ceiling fan, a TV, a large, full-length mirror, and an en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Toilet, single, and beautifully tiled standing shower. No tub. Hair dryer provided.
Bedroom #2: Queen-size bed, end tables with lamps, ceiling fan, closet space, sitting chair, TV, and full-length mirror
Bathroom #2: Toilet, sink with extra counter space, and standing shower. No tub.
Bedroom #3: Twin-over-Full bunk beds, dresser, closet space, and writing desk with a lamp.
Lanai: Beautiful screened-in porch with rotating fans, plenty of seating, a wall-mounted TV, and a sink.
Outdoors: Beautiful pool (not heated), sun loungers, two tables with umbrellas, and a gas grill.
Beach Equipment: 2 beach chairs, a small cooler, and sand toys for the kids.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: This home can park 3-4 vehicles in the driveway, depending on the size of the vehicles. There is no grass or street parking. Use of the garage is not permitted.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
