About this property

3 bedroom, 2 bath, pool home that sleeps 6, with screened back patio

Quiet 3 bedroom, 2 bath pool home in the heart of Palm Harbor. Located in a quiet neighborhood near world famous Honeymoon Island, the Pinellas Trail, and many golf courses. Surrounded by Tarpon Springs, Dunedin, Clearwater, and Safety Harbor. Enjoy a seafood dinner and a walk on the beach, all within minutes of the house.

The master bedroom has a king size sleep number bed. One bedroom features a queen bed, while the other features two twin beds. For additional privacy, there is a pocket door that can separate the back bedroom and pool bath from the remainder of the house. There is a beautiful kitchen equipped with the cookware and utensils needed to prepare a meal, with place settings for 8. There is also plastic ware for kids, with a highchair and pack n play in the center bedroom closet. Coffee and tea are available for your enjoyment. The house has a split plan layout. There is plenty of space for everyone with a living room, family room and dining area. Large screened back patio for outside dining.

***Please note there IS NO kiddie fence around the pool. However, the pool access sliding glass doors and pool bath door each have two locks. The patio screen door is also equipped with two separate locks. The pool IS NOT heated.

PLEASE SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK AND DON'T LEAVE CHILDREN UNATTENDED.

Netflix is available on the televisions located in the master bedroom, living room, and family room. The entire house is available to you.

Our house is set up to feel just like home. It is comfortable and spacious. The pool is a great way to cool off after a day at the beach or to just relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. The house has ample room to relax and enjoy family time together. The house is located in a quite neighborhood, but centrally located to many attractions within the Tampa Bay area.
