This is a Sat to Sat rental from March 1 - Oct 31 and you can rent a minimum of 6 nights if it falls during the sat to sat time frame or who full 7 nights from Sat to Sat.
This unit is designed as an ADULT ONLY personal vacation residence for 2 persons age of 25 and over only. Rental includes beach setup with 2 chairs and umbrella from March 1 - Oct 31, 2018 only. Not offered in off-season due to vendor not available.
New beach front building that was completed in Oct. 2010. It is a small 9 unit building with private beach access and outdoor shower. This is a 3rd floor west corner unit featuring granite counter tops and stainless appliances in the beautifully designed kitchen. There is an outdoor charcoal grill in the parking lot and bicycle rack. There is 1 parking space per condo at no charge.
Located on a quiet low traffic dead end road south of 30A, Eastern Lake Road, Seaside is a short bike ride away where you can shop at the Farmers Market starting at 9 am on Saturday mornings at the Seaside Amphitheater year round. You can select your pick of fresh produce and other unique offers. Nothing better than fresh vegetables go to with fresh seafood that can be purchased 1/2 mile from the condo at the Goatfeather's Seafood Market on 30A for a night of dining in. Dinner on the balcony is both beautiful and peaceful while watching the waves roll in and the sun set.
This is a NO SMOKING complex. If you are a smoker, please choose a different property. HOA does not allow smoking in the unit, on balcony or any area on the property including the parking lot.
