This unit is designed as an ADULT ONLY personal vacation residence for 2 persons age of 25 and over only. Rental includes beach setup with 2 chairs and umbrella from March 1 - Oct 31, 2018 only. Not offered in off-season due to vendor not available.
New beach front building that was completed in Oct. 2010. It is a small 9 unit building with private beach access and outdoor shower. This is a 3rd floor west corner unit featuring granite counter tops and stainless appliances in the beautifully designed kitchen. There is an outdoor charcoal grill in the parking lot and bicycle rack. There is 1 parking space per condo at no charge.
Located on a quiet low traffic dead end road south of 30A, Eastern Lake Road, Seaside is a short bike ride away where you can shop at the Farmers Market starting at 9 am on Saturday mornings at the Seaside Amphitheater year round. You can select your pick of fresh produce and other unique offers. Nothing better than fresh vegetables go to with fresh seafood that can be purchased 1/2 mile from the condo at the Goatfeather's Seafood Market on 30A for a night of dining in. Dinner on the balcony is both beautiful and peaceful while watching the waves roll in and the sun set.
This is a NO SMOKING complex. If you are a smoker, please choose a different property. HOA does not allow smoking in the unit, on balcony or any area on the property including the parking lot.

Comfortable, clean, quiet, convenient, beautiful view.
We discovered Leeward I on a trip in October. Unit 9 was available earlier this month so we arranged a four- night stay. We were looking forward to a quiet beach trip just for two, which unit nine provides, and we were not disappointed. The unit is on the south west corner of the building, and as such, it provides a terrific view of the beach and gulf, particularly at sunset. The beach itself is private, convenient, and very soothing. It is also centrally located centrally on 30A and near some great places to eat. We enjoyed working with the owner and will definitely stay there again.
Lovely beach condo
This beach condo is lovely. It has gorgeous views from two sides. It is right on the beach and the beach has white, clean sand. The condo was spotlessly clean. Nice large bathroom. Balcony looking out on the beach.
Great location for a winter retreat!
Perfect place to stay! Loved watching the sunsets and the dolphins swim while sitting on the patio. Condo has everything you need.
Bright, Clean Condo, and Beautiful Location
We stayed in Leeward I unit #9 for the first time and were really impressed. The unit is kept in like new condition. Tall ceilings, windows, and balcony doors provide an open airy feeling and an inviting view of the beautiful Gulf. The condo building is taller than the adjacent buildings which allows light in from the side windows for unit #9, adding to the open feeling. The owners are great to work with and operate their condo in a professional and caring manner. We loved staying here!
Beautiful view of the beach, perfect location
The tall ceilings and balcony doors in this condo give a wide, beautiful view of the ocean and beach. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and admiring the scenery. The private beach and the surrounding area were very quiet and peaceful. The sunset on this beach was absolutely gorgeous! Aside from the beach, we also enjoyed biking on 30A and visiting nearby towns and stores. It was nice having a bike rack available in the parking lot. Everything inside the condo worked great and the fully-functional kitchen was very much appreciated. All the rooms are kept very clean and comfortable. It was a pleasure working with the owners, they took care of everything and were very helpful. We loved staying here and plan on returning again!
Nice person traveling alone
I felt safe. I had great neighbors. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The condo was modern, clean, spacious, with the best view in the world. It was a perfect location and beach yet easily accessible.
