¡River Road Villas es la última incorporación a River Road! Estamos ubicados entre el segundo y tercer cruce. Estamos aproximadamente a 15 minutos de Gruene y New Braunfels. Somos una propiedad frente al río con más de 100 pies de acceso directo al río. Puedes ver el río desde el porche de arriba o la cubierta de abajo o pasar el rato junto al río. Excelente área para pasar el rato y / o jugar en el río. Además, disfrute de las vistas panorámicas del acantilado. Esta es una nueva casa de 4 baños / 3 baños con cocina abierta / comedor / sala de estar. Cocina completa con vajilla, todos los electrodomésticos y utensilios de cocina. También tenemos un televisor inteligente de pantalla plana de 65 "y Wifi. También se proporciona una lavadora y secadora. Ropa de cama, toallas y almohadas no se proporcionan.

El servicio de alquiler de tubos y transporte se encuentra a ambos lados de la propiedad. Puede ingresar al río aquí y salir en una variedad de lugares río arriba y regresar a la propiedad.

Enjoyed our stay with our adult children. Fantastic set up, plenty of room for everyone. Only complaint knives could use a sharpening.

Our family had an amazing time over Labor Day weekend. The house exceeded our expectations and the close proximity to the river was superb. The house was clean and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The “outdoor” kitchen and deck was where we spent most of our evenings. The description of the property does not do it justice. We loved our stay and plan to return next Summer.

Thanksgiving Stay

This was a very nice property and the location can’t be beat. Direct river access and facing the river as well is just great. The outdoor area is perfect for enjoying the area. I’d stay here again.

Perfect spot on river road

It’s a great spot have stayed at this specific house twice now and each time has been a blast, great house with a great scenic view and awesome river access.

Overall Good Experience!

Great location and loved the direct river access and easy tube rental access! The house was clean and accommodating but we did bring items we were told to bring but they ended up being there at the house. I would just recommend more accurate information on the listing but overall we had a great time and would stay again!

Awesome House - Perfect Location

A group of friends and myself have stayed at numerous places on river road and this is by far one of our favorites now! It’s in the perfect spot, and the house has an amazing layout. The up and downstairs patios, with downstairs kitchen, is the icing on the cake! 5 out 5 stars and will definitely be coming back!

2nd Visit - We'll be Back

Perfect location, plenty of space for our group of 9. Best accommodations we've found on the Guadalupe. We spend most of our time (when we are not on the river) in the downstairs kitchen and patio. Already planning next year's trip!

Absolute awesomeness!

Everything was perfect! Location perfect. Layout of house is perfect! Both upper and lower decks are extremely comfortable with great views. Full kitchens and bathrooms on both levels is a great touch! Loved our stay! Looking forward to future stays at this property!

Great place to stay!

We thought the property was even better than the photos! There is plenty of space . The location is great and we enjoyed the great view. We went during off season so no one was really at the other houses but they are very close together. We definitely will be renting this place again! Thank you for an A++++ rental experience.

Great Location

The house is excellent, big comfy rooms!! Beautiful walk in showers and large open kitchen. Cold AC through our. The location and the outdoor kitchen are what really set this house apart. You are only steps away from the water and everything you need to enjoy the day is right there.

We will be back

This was by far our favorite location while staying at the river. We do an annual river trip and it’s the first time we’ve been this close to the water. The only thing that took us by surprise, was they do not provide any sheets, pillowcases, blankets. Luckily it’s stated in the contract they sent over for me to sign a couple days before leaving so we had time to prepare, but it is not listed on description when booking. Other than that, the place was perfect! We LOVED the downstairs kitchen- it made it easier to keep the upstairs cooled because there wasn’t so much in and out! Our neighbors were great during our stay! Oh, and take a measuring cup!

we had a group of 9 adults stay for the weekend. we have stayed in this housing addition before but have all agreed that we will be trying to rent this cabin again! the down stairs kitchen was PERFECT!!! we had so much fun....cant wait to come back. if i had to say one con- the fact that we had to bring our own sheets - the previous house we stayed in offered sheets as long as we cleaned them....but since the description told us what to expect , we were prepared!

Another successful River trip!

First time staying here and we had a blast! The place was in a great location, clean, amazing interior, fun two story decks, Easy access. We really did have a great time and appreciate using y'alls home for the week. We look forward to coming back in the future.
