We live part time in our beautiful condo in Southern California, and the rest of our time we spend with family and friends in other parts of the country. We love our family, our homes, and we love traveling.
Why they chose this property
This area is so laid back and the people here are incredibly friendly. It really is a community more than just a city. The beaches are beautiful and there are so many good places to eat and hang out and enjoy the wonderful climate here.
What makes this property unique
We love how open and full of natural light our home is. We love opening the 2 sets of sliding doors and some windows and just enjoying the nice breeze and feeling one with the outdoors. We love that you can see the ocean from inside our home as well as from outside on the patio. And we love that we can walk to the beach from here. It is also helpful to have 3 full bathrooms and a full size washer and dryer, especially when family is here visiting. We also like a more contemporary style, so we renovated this space just a few years ago, adding more updated finishes and furnishing.
