This third-floor, oceanfront condo, wonderfully located in the private gated community of Summer Beach, offers all the comforts of home in a truly spectacular setting. Enjoy easy access to two oceanfront community pools, both with plentiful lounge chairs and boardwalks leading to the ocean.

Whether you're admiring the magnificent ocean views from the balcony, enjoying the beautiful sandy beaches and cool ocean breezes of Amelia Island, touring the historic district of Fernandina Beach, or treating yourself to a day at the Ritz-Carlton Spa, this condo provides a small piece of paradise. Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen, a private washer/dryer, free high-speed WiFi to accommodate remote work or school, U-verse TV service, and a combined living and dining area with a balcony overlooking the ocean.

Both the primary bedroom and the second bedroom offer king beds. There's a sofa bed in the living room as well.

Things to Know: There is a large scale state mandated construction project at this association causing noise, loss of pool amenity, workers on property, access to the condo and minimum parking. This is projected to be finished by the end of September 2026.

The view was great as was the proximity to the beach. Both pools were closed most of our stay and we were not informed about this. The condo itself was good in terms of size, but is really outdated and in desperate need of a good cleaning. Moldy shower doors, rusted out drains, the brown shag rugs in the bedrooms… eww. The coffee maker was broken, but the condo manager brought a replacement. Some of the glasses had lip stains on them. Overall, not impressed. The only nice thing was the view. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Condo is very nice and functional. Relatively quiet building very near the ocean. We thoroughly enjoyed living there for the winter months.

Great ocean front location

Accurately marketed 2 bedroom condo with great ocean front views. Easy access at check in. Convenient to Harris Teeter, a wonderful grocery store.

Beautiful Beach Condo

Excellent location for a beautiful beach and doing all that FB & AI have to offer. Condo was well appointed, stocked & clean. Community was quiet and smaller so very peaceful.

Beautiful Condo with Stunning Ocean View

My husband and I just returned from our trip to Amelia Island. This beautiful condo suited our needs perfectly. It was very clean, well-stocked and spacious. The terrace is very large and has a panoramic view of the beach and the ocean. The high top table on the terrace was great as it allows an unobstructed view when sitting at the table to enjoy our morning coffee or an evening cocktail. We had friends stay with us one night and the 2nd bedroom and bathroom was great to have and very private. The rental agency was very helpful and great to work with. We would love to return again in the future.
