About this property

Dog-friendly home with an 8 minute walk to beach access

Professionally managed by Casago First Coast. Grab a bike from the driveway rack and pedal to the beach in minutes, or stay home and unwind on the covered patio under string lights while the kids and the dog run the fenced backyard. A rare find in this stretch of Palm Coast: a real single-story house with a real yard, built for a group.

THE SPACE

This is a single-story, ranch-style house — tan stucco with a darker taupe trim band, a gray shingle roof, white two-car garage, an arched covered entry with white columns, and a teal-green front door that sets the tone before you're even inside. It's a genuinely rare thing in this portfolio: a standalone home with its own driveway and yard, not a condo sharing walls or an elevator with dozens of other units.

Inside, the living room opens up under a vaulted ceiling with a large fan overhead, light gray and cream sofas paired with navy accent armchairs, a wood-and-metal coffee table, and a warm tan-and-brown floral rug laid over tile. A coastal wave-horizon painting hangs above a built-in entertainment center. The kitchen sits right off the living space with dark wood cabinetry, granite-look counters, an island that doubles as a long bar-height counter, pendant lighting, and a French-door refrigerator — built for a group to cook together rather than take turns. All five bedrooms open directly onto this main living area, which is exactly why past guests have called the layout perfect for groups — everyone stays connected rather than scattered down separate hallways. The trade-off is that sound carries a bit through the open plan, so it has the feel of one big shared space rather than five isolated rooms.

Out back, a covered patio holds a wood-frame outdoor set with royal-blue cushions, a matching coffee table, a gray outdoor rug, a ceiling fan, string lights overhead, and a small sailfish ornament on the wall — sliding glass doors connect it straight to the living room. Beyond the patio, a flat green lawn is fully enclosed by a white vinyl privacy fence, with one shade tree, a small flower bed, and a black covered gas grill set up on the grass. It's an easy, private space for kids and dogs to run while the adults relax under cover.

BEDROOMS AND SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

• Bedroom 1 — 1 King bed
• Bedroom 2 — 1 King bed
• Bedroom 3 — 1 King bed
• Bedroom 4 — 1 Queen bed
• Bedroom 5 — 1 Queen bed

Every bedroom has its own TV. One king bedroom photographed shows a navy upholstered headboard, crisp white bedding with a pineapple-print throw pillow, a white five-drawer dresser, and dark geometric wall art — the same warm, coastal-casual style carried through the whole house.

BATHROOMS

• Bathroom 2 — Full bath, shower
• Bathroom 3 — Full bath, shower
• Please note none of the three bathrooms has a tub

SEVEN BIKES AND A BEACH WAGON

This is the detail most guests don't expect: a full fleet of seven bikes, adult and kid sizes in a mix of colors, plus a folding beach wagon for hauling chairs, towels and coolers. One past guest wrote about biking down to the beach as a highlight of the stay. It's the easiest way to close the distance to the sand without loading up the car.

THE BEACH, THREE BLOCKS AWAY

Public beach access sits on Ocean Dune Circle, about three blocks and an 8-minute walk from the house — or a quick ride on one of the bikes. This particular stretch has some natural rock, so a few guests have driven a short distance to a softer-sand beach nearby for easier swimming; either way, you're close to the water without paying oceanfront prices.

PET POLICY

Dogs are welcome, up to two per stay.
