Kihei Kai Nani #3-116 is a beautiful ground floor, 1 bedroom / 1 bath, unit with a tropical garden view. The unit is equipped with a full kitchen, A.C. in the living room, ceiling fans throughout, cable TV/DVD, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Kihei Kai Nani #3-116 features quality tile in every room, including the bathroom. The bedroom is equipped with California king bed. Coin-operated laundry room on-site.
Kihei Kai Nani is a very popular and well liked condo. It's in a great location. Walk to restaurants, shopping, beaches, parks, health food store, and Internet cafe. Six championship golf courses within 15 minutes. Kihei, being on the beautiful south coast, has the best weather and beaches in Maui, so relax by the large pool or enjoy the variety of activities Maui has to offer. Note: A $300 refundable security deposit is required for this unit. This unit sleeps 2.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

Kihei Kai Nani is located right across from the world renowned Kamaole Beach Park #2. This gorgeous beach is famous for its long sandy shoreline, clean clear water for snorkeling, and great body surfing. Whale watch, paddle board, walk the beach and watch the most amazing sunsets imaginable. It is a short drive to the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena. Kihei Kai Nani has a 60ft swimming pool, shuffleboard, gas grills for your use, a coin-operated laundry room, complimentary internet service and free parking. Kihei Kai Nani is also within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is situated in a perfect location, especially if you don't have a car. It was super clean, and the grounds are immaculately manicured. Steps from the pool which was really nice and friendly, as well as steps from the beach. Restaurants, shops and happy hour a few minute walk. Other residents are very respectful, it's not a loud party place. I had a restful getaway and great place to work remotely. I would love to come back!

A beautiful location

Clean, convenient to everything, located in beautiful South Maui. Lots of sea turtles to see right in the water at the Kamaole beaches. One minute walk to Kamaole II beach.

We had a great stay. The condo was very well equipped and the location is great! Really enjoyed the pool which was warm and not very busy. Beach chairs, boogie boards and towels supplied and easy convenient parking. We hope to be back!

We have a friend who has a condo in this complex and wanted to rent in the same complex. My husband is an amputee so I wanted a first floor, updated shower and near the front of the complex. This fit all criteria. Has everything you need and very comfortable. Best part is right across the street from the beach to see the sunsets every night.

Great location with so many extras

Loved this place for our first stay in Maui. It had lots of extras that weren’t in the listing. Beach chairs, umbrella, snorkeling gear, two coolers and ice packs. The bathroom was beautifully renovated. Pots and pans were high quality. It was more than we were expecting! So happy with our stay.
